“There's two kinds of mechanics:1. The kind who make a living "scaring and upselling" you into a bunch of garbage you don't need, and2. The kind who earn a lifetime of business by being truthful and honest, even if it might cost them a sale today.These guys are the 2nd kind! I just popped in for an oil change, and I'm not a car guy. I told them what I "thought" the car manual said. However, they did get the upsell today... because they were knowledgeable, and informed me that my "suggestion" would probably void the warranty on the car. I think it was like a $15 difference. That's an excellent trade in my opinion!They also corrected some information I had received from 2 other shops in the prior few weeks (on other issues).These guys are great, and have earned by business!Way to go YELP!5 STARS”

“I blew one of the 14 ply tires on my trailer A couple of miles outside of Boyd Texas. I limped into the tire outlet which was a pretty large very busy place. I got out a blonde lady wearing shorts and a t-shirt asked me if she could help me I told her what my problem was she turned and yelled, I mean not like a girl yelling I mean like the football coach yelling at the team to get with it. I thought at first she was just going to be somebody that was loud. However after sitting there for a little while and watching she was everywhere she was moving tires around stacking tires she did everything except to actually change a tire. I'm sure if she needed to she could do that too. I found that she was the wife of the owner and she ran that place with a firm hand. She worked harder than anybody there. It only took them a little less than an hour to get me in and out which considering how busy they were and the fact that they weren't expecting me was pretty good they gave me a fair price on a used tire I would refer anybody there that's in that area and will happily go back there again if I'm near the Boyd Texas area...”
