It's a walmart, but its ok by walmart standards. The difference is this store generally has staff that cares about its customers. I've been shopping here while taking care of family and this store really cares. As of May 2024, my review stands. The staff in this store are nice and care about their store and customers. Thanks Walmart Borger!

Worst experience I've ever had in a the front manager was rude and disrespectful the service desk manager was rude and disrespectful I wouldn't take my dog into that Walmart and I will let everybody know Facebook and anywhere else I can put it of how bad of a Walmart that is I will be calling corporate I will be calling regional management with attitudes like that they need to have their jobs gone fired and I would do everything in my power to get it done

The grocery pick-up service is great! BUT be aware of produce and milk selections! I've gotten completely rotten bags of potatoes several times amd my milk has been a few days till expired 10 out of 10 times. I like it bc it saves time but I don't like getting rotten produce and nearly expired milk EVERYTIME

Pick up department rude rude rude! Did I mention how rude they are at pick up! Don’t allow you to check the product as they load it. What are they afraid of? That you might catch a mistake. That they are giving you damage products. None of the other panhandle walmarts are as rude or worried about having accountability with the orders! Power hungry jerks!

I travel full time and have been to numerous Walmarts to shop. this is the cleanest, well laid out Walmart I have ever been to. It is arranged so logically that you don’t ever have to guess where to find anything you are looking for. The staff was friendly and helpful. I wish all Walmart stores were arranged like this one.

I'm a father with a little girl and 95% of the times my little girl needs to use the restroom we have to wait 10-20 minutes at the family restroom just to see a Walmart employee was in there.
