Waiting all day for a package out for delivery, I caught the post woman as she was leaving my home. Asked if she had a package for me. Her reply was no. I then informed her that I had been informed by the tracking number that it was out for delivery. She looked in the mail truck. Surprise, surprise, there was my package! She apologized. Understand mistakes. However the cost for shipping wasn't cheap by any standards. Thank you for providing a means to simply share my disappointment.

This is the worst office I've been to and it boils down to the woman I had the unfortunate displeasure of interacting with. Tammy acted very bitter when I tried to drop off a simple prepaid box. I made sure it was properly packed and had the proper prepaid postage. She acted as if her time was more important than mine and even told off her coworker. What a shame to employ such a mean worker.

If I could give zero stars I would. People who work here are terrible and rude. Had 2 money orders within a month for bills go missing after dropping it in the box outside They won’t do anything or even check to see if it had been sent out. My husband and I have had to pay double for bills and are out 750$ now because I guess it’s hard to make sure mail gets sent to the right place now. Hire new people or something.

Been in here probably five different times and every time has been terrible. I believe the Stroud lady needs fired or needs to quit is she hates her job that bad since she is rude every time I'm in there or is rude to my fiance and son when all they did was walk into ask how much a book of stamps is. She got extremely upset with me when I asked if she could see if I had a package that was delivered and said no you can't get it till tomorrow. I'm sorry but I believe your job is to deliver packages and if my package is there you should be able to get it for me. Had ran out of my medicine and been waiting on the refill so was trying to get it as soon as possible but she could care less.

We lived in Borger and when we moved we put a change of address in at the post office. We put our mail on a 30 day hold also. The change of address was apparently never processed. I have no idea how much mail of ours was delivered to our old address and never put through. How many bills and Christmas cards did they lose because they didn't do their job? Needless to say we had to do the change online and within a couple of days we started seeing our mail being held to forward through to our new address.

Front desk attendant ladies are very good. Who ever is picking up mail from the outside drive-by box is losing mail package. So far every small package mail I dropped in the drive-by box has disappeared. If I leave it inside by the counter, it gets scanned and sent. I have never encountered such problem.

Delivery person said there was "no secure location available" but I had a package last week that was delivered no problem and nothing had changed. Lazy and incompetent workers.

Her we go again, failed to deliver and they labeled it as delivered and then changed it to being held at a holding facility and attempted delivery at 4:30 when I was actually home and no attempt was made! Incompetent is the best way I can describe it, this place is so small with no traffic that you can drive across town in no time. It blows my mind, one fail after the other.?♂️

Waited in line long time for 3 post card stamps. Ding bat working said she don't have key for stamp draw. Thinks it funny . She is terrible.
