“Our customer service representative was knowledgeable, efficient, and polite. She engaged us and the others customers with respect. Honestly, I have refused to go to the Borger location solely because the other female CSR that drives the Jeep is so hateful. I’ll go back to this store for all future AT&T needs, as long as I get the same CSR that helped us on Saturday.”
“We accidentally triggered the talk back mode on one of our phones this evening and ran to the store about 30 minutes before they closed. The lady there said she's seen this happen before and was able to undo the problem and change the setting so it doesn't happen again”
