UPDATE: IN REPONSE TO THE OWNER AFTER I POSTED PREVIOUS REVIEW- Yes, I sure did get ugly because you lied and you were immediately argumentative. Most people are not going to sit back and let you talk to them any kind of way. Of the 2 different occasions I've talked to you on the phone, you were the same. Rude and argumentative. You messed up and are not a big enough person to admit it. You didn't send my refills to the right place therefore they were denied. You never tried to resend to the right place much less the right doctor. Also, you said you could not lend on medication that had been denied for refill. Again, if you'd have sent it to the right place it wouldn't have been denied. I talked directly to the nurse and my doctor. Blaming your screw-up on the customer is not good business practice. It isn't just me. You have several other reviews about the pharmacist being rude. Not other employees. Just the pharmacist. So, I'd say it probably is you. Maybe you need to check your attitude before you blame the customer. And yes, you're right, Santa is watching.
I never had a pharmacist be so rude and arrogant! Not just once, but twice. I've used them not even 2 months yet and both times I've spoken with her she acted like she was completely put out and didn't have time to answer my questions. I'm glad I wasn't there in person the 2nd time because she would've ended up with 5 good reasons to not be so hateful to people. There are other better and friendlier pharmacies in town. Use them. I promise you'll get better service. I don't know how she still has a job. Maybe she owns the pharmacy. I don't know what her name is. She wasn't interested in telling me. Also, she told me that she sent a refill fax to my doctor. I just talked to my doctor. And she did not send a fax to her. She didn't even send it to the right place! Stupid!

I’ve used every pharmacy in Borger for over 20 years and this is the most professional, friendly, helpful, and always text or emails me when they receive my order and when it’s ready. Never a wait and I’ve never experienced a negative worker or problem. I would highly recommend them.

Rude pharmacist. Would happily provide her name here, but she didn’t bother to share it. Keyes in Pampa is much better and worth the drive.Edit: You are absolutely right. I took it to Keyes instead. I hope your staff learns to be kinder.

Very disappointed- I'm trying to get a prescription filled been trying for a week now - instead of making another trip there - I made a call as soon as they answered they put me on hold stayed on hold for over 5 minutes- so I called back they did it to me again - I left CVS for the same issues - someone told me Borger Pharmacy always got there business done quickly ugh they were wrong ?

I won't mention the other pharmacies I've tried in the area because nothing else compares to Borger Pharmacy. Fast, reliable service with a smile and plenty of patience for those of us who require it!

Very disappointed with their pharmacist and their service recently‼️Because of an issue with the doctor, I had to have a prescription transferred from my mail order pharmacy to my local pharmacy. I've been with this pharmacy since they opened their doors when I transferred from CVS. Constantly backed, up long lines, couldn't ever get your prescriptions filled...In the beginning they (Borger HealthMart Pharmacy) did fabulous‼️‼️?However, 1st their pharmacist told my mail order Pharmacist that 1) they refuse to fill a prescription for a medication and from a physician that I've had filled gazillion times at Borger Pharmacy.2) the next time they talk to the mail order company pharmacist, Borger Health Mart Pharmacy pharmacist told mail order Pharmacist: "This is getting Ridiculous, PICK A PHARMACY!!!"That behavior was absolutely uncalled for, unnecessary and extremely rude!!!The only reason the prescription was transferred is because the mail order pharmacy does not do 90-day prescriptions and it was written for a 90-day fill.the only reason I have a mail order pharmacy is because Borger health Mart pharmacy does not do the little pill packs that put your medication in a little separate pack for a.m. afternoon evening and p.m.I wouldn't have to PICK A PHARMACY if mine offered all the services necessary.I'll be happy to switch to a different Pharmacy!? I'm sure that there's another Pharmacy that would be happy to have my business!
