Allsups is a TX and NM tradition. They made this tradition by inventing fried burritos and selling them hot and ready for every hour open. Their burritos are awesome but stores a bit outdated.

Good service and always has food and if they don't they are willing to cook it for you if you are willing to wait just 10 minutes
