“I agree with Angela Rodrequiz. The staff is great but the one person who usually answers the phone I'm pretty sure I know who she is talking about she is very rude and I gringe when she answers the phone . I sometimes hang up and wait awhile and pray someone different will pick up the phone”
“The employees in Walmart Pharmacy in Bonham Tx, are AWESOME. Every time I go there I don't have to tell them my name, they always have a big smile and a pleasure to talk to. They always inform me of any changes in my meds, or if there's a problem with the items I'm purchasing. All of these people deserve a big pat on the back! Thank you for always having a hugh smile when I frequent your pharmacy.”

“Pharmacists are always helpful and remember me when I come in to get my monthly medicines. The techs are friendly and attentive as well. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of the staff here at this pharmacy. They don't try to upsell you on name brands, like i've had happen at other large pharmacies, and the one pharmacist even called me to tell me not to get the booster vaccine because of my reaction to the first one. He remembered (I'm sure it's in a system, but still) and he took the time out to call and warn me and give precautions should I decide to do it anyway. I told him, don't worry - i don't plan on it, but it was great that they followed up and made sure I was aware.”
