Manager likes to scream at people over change. They don't clean coffee either, as it tastes burnt and stale at 4 p.m.Feel bad for the workers under her.Good news is, at least, the pumps function if you can pay at them. They allow you to avoid the blaring voice of the harpy in charge.

We got some snacks and asked for our change in quarters because we were going to do laundry. We were told by a very rude cashier that he is \\\"not a bank\\\". I guess customer service is not a priority. I don't think it's too much to ask for my change in quarters. It would be one thing if we hadn't bought anything.

This was right next to where we needed to be so it was conveniently located for us, the guy at the counter was pleasant and helpful as was the girl out making the tea. The place was "gas-station-clean" but could certainly use a bit more cleaning here and there for me to eat from there.

Male cashier Victor is extremely rude. He doesn't speak to customers he is checking out even if they speak to him. Numerous times I've said morning or thank you to him and get no response at all. This morning (1/9/19) again I didn't get a single word from him. Not "hello" "good morning" "thank you". Not one single word. I've given up trying to even speak to him. He is typically too busy chatting with another coworker or just seems annoyed with his job. The store manager needs to re-train Victor on how to be friendly to customers.

I was charged double for cigarettes purchased today! Don't live in town, feel like I was taken advantage of. Didn't realize till reviewing the receipt. Coffee wasn't hot as it should be. Now I have to call tomorrow and luckily will travel back to Bonham on Friday with hopes of the store making things right.

Highest prices in town with God awful customer service, only thing they have going for them is location. If you want to play ridiculous prices on gas, food and drinks rather then driving another mile that's on you. No appreciation for the small town consumer #protest

Love this store. I get in and out fast. They always have what I need. I've been going there about a year now almost every day. The manager is eager to help. Last week I saw the manager helping this disabled fellow. She went and got the items he wanted and then helped him get back to his ride. My favorite foods there are coffee and Pizza. They've got pizza ready to go all the time. They've got the best coffee ever.
