I had a very good reference from a close friend, who has had an account at the Bonham location for many years and loves their service!So, I opened 2 accounts yesterday, after getting there 10 minutes before they closed!I am a Widow and having to handle my business affairs alone, but Amaleigh was very kind, gracious, and patient with me, while I fumbled through the process, asking a lot of questions and taking an hour of her time!I'm also a Foreign Missionary, therefore I love First United Bank's emphasis on the Spiritual side of Life and belief in Almighty God, as being connected and vital to our daily personal business of handling money.Thank you, FIRST UNITED, for accepting me into your "Family". I pray we both benefit from our banking relationship!

Emptied my savings account without notifying me and gave my money to my mom, then wouldn’t accept the check that she wrote me to pay me back. I’m setting up new accounts and getting the eff away from this weird place

I worked here for about 9 months always had preference for others And they don't capacitate you to help more. And always jealous of customers wanting help by specific people.

I worked there for 9 months and did not get good training... I was always getting told thats not how.... and taught a different way over and over. Once i got trained i opend and closed accounts and i was the only billingual there,,, so of course i got alot of customers ... but jealousy always wins... and the new sr RB was always getting on to me.... until she got me removed..... but overall .... the bonham location isnt recomended.

Worst bank I’ve ever had to deal with. They seem to reorganize how I’ve paid for things to say I was overdrafted when I wasn’t then hit me with $30 overdraft fees for each charge. I will admit there was times when I overdrafted on purpose and I deserved those overdraft fees but there was multiple times when I had the money and then the order I paid for things was reorganized and made it seem I had to overdraft for those items when that wasn’t the case. Do not recommend this bank to anybody. Definitely do not turn on overdraft protection because they use it to their advantage to take more money from you that you don’t have.

This is the Absolute worst Bank I have ever Dealt with! I would not reccomend this Bank to my worst enemy. Will be switching Banks Friday!

Excellent service professionals. Very polite and helpful staff. Alan McDonald is very helpful and actually cares about the customers. Highly recommend this bank.

The bank is open now from 9 - 4 which is Monday through Thursday and until 6 on Fridays. Closed Saturday! You can't.mobile deposit unless it's a very, very small check.So, I would not recommend this bank!

Great bank! I live the convenience. Seems like there are several branches and not far away. We even have their ATM in my place of business!
