Fannin Pharmacy and Gift Shop is a local pharmacy with a great and friendly staff that goes above and beyond for their customers. Most of the staff and the pharmacist are very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful people who care. They provide a great experience. The business also includes a gift shop with very nice candles, organic laundry soap, and lots of knick knack items with rustic decor. However, one staff member who usually answers the phone is described as rude, which contrasts with the otherwise wonderful service.

This pharmacy is the best. Very fast very very nice people. I will not go anywhere else. They go above and beyond for their customers!!!!!

I agree with Angela Rodrequiz. The staff is great but the one person who usually answers the phone I'm pretty sure I know who she is talking about she is very rude and I gringe when she answers the phone . I sometimes hang up and wait awhile and pray someone different will pick up the phone
