Please take your car elsewhere. Had my vehicle here multiple times in and out for 4 months for additional repairs after they initially "repaired" it! The customer service is great but the QUALITY is terrible. My car should have been totaled but because they were not thorough enough with the inspection , my car was not totaled and I am stuck with it.(which my car was initially there for 5+weeks as well) I would literally recommend any other body shop but here. I'm sure for hail damage they would ok but for major repairs, no! Please don't waste your money or time here. It took them 4 MONTHS to get mine fixed. They initially gave me my car back with a broken wheel bearing and bad axle....if that doesn't tell you about their workmanship I don't know what will. Also don't depend on solid communication from them...you literally have to call them for ANY update at all and sometimes it's worse than pulling teeth?it was one thing after another with the botched repairs and missed mechanical repairs that caused severe distress in my life. The last repair I needed on my vehicle they literally had my vehicle taken to a dealership for repair when It was something they could have done had they actually done their job(it needed a wheel bearing and abs sensor)....also submitted a BBB complaint and they lied on their response....blaming it on my insurance not covering OEM parts(which I pay for OEM coverage) and that caused the parts to fail (they were new, so that's a lie) so it's just plain false and they took no accountability for their shitty work. When talking with them on the phone about the complaint they said with a job this big there's bound to be mistakes basically....like no, there should not be mistakes (ESPECIALLY that many and huge mistakes at that)....you will not find HONEST work here and you're better off taking it LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE?. They will lie ? beware
TLDR: take your vehicle and your business elsewhere if you care about having quality work done in a timely manner.

I took my car for a free estimate and he took one of the dents out with his bare hands, and he fixed my passenger door that wouldn’t open after I hit a deer. I can’t wait to finish the job with him!!

Everyone I've met at Collision First has always been super hospitable. The owners (husband and wife) are working like everyone else and also very friendly. You can have a genuine conversation with any of the employees.
Work here is done efficiently without any compromise. I really respect the business model here at Collision First. If you have anything collision related and you live in or near Bonham, I highly recommend this place.
