My wife rented 2 units a month ago on a Friday, when I got into town I looked at them and knew they would not work for what we needed. My wife called to cancel on monday knowing they would charge us the couple of days of course and was told the owner would mail us the refund. We have called twice with the same response but here we are a month later still nothing. Just seems very dishonest to me.

We got our storage unit when they switched their realtors and we have never had a problem! They are friendly and they are always helpful!Because of Covid I knew it was going to be hard to make ends meet and the owner was great about working with me so that we could make it work!

Great storage facility, but, having to go through the receptionist at Weichart Realty made us move....she acted like we were gum on her shoe every time we walked in or spoke with her....
