Rented a 6 seater golf cart for Memorial Day weekend. I don't like driving my truck up and down the beach too much on that weekend, so the golf cart is necessary. The golf cart was fantastic. Perfect condition, clean, well cared for, good get-up-and-go, and looked great. I've rented some beaters before at other places, but this was a really nice cart. The service was absolutely fantastic. Fast and easy drop off and pick up with good communication. Will absolutely rent again!

Rented a 6 seater, the cart was a newer one and had zero problems. They delivered and picked up even when they had a lot of their carts at Crab fest. This was our first time renting a cart and we had an absolute blast. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic place to deal with. They were very flexible when my plane was delayed causing me to arrive a day late. They even refunded me the cost of the day I was late. Without me even asking. The people who picked up and dropped off the cart were very professional and the people in the office were wonderful. The cart looked band new and ran great.

We rented a 6 passenger golf cart and the experience was great. They were flexible with the delivery and pick-up times. Delivery of the cart was right on time. The golf cart was in great condition. And the pick-up process was easy. The communication was good with just the right amount of text reminders and information. I highly recommend them.

Our family rented from this place last year and had an excellent experience. This year the place has a new manager- the service and experience with them was terrible from start to finish. They were rude, incompetent and had trouble with our reservation from the beginning.Each family at our beach house had to make multiple phone calls, emails, and texts just get our contracts straight in the weeks leading up to our vacation. That should have been our first clue.We had to have one of the three golf carts switched out multiple times because they weren’t running or maintained well. When they took the second golf cart, it was without the knowledge of any adults. They just loaded it up and left taking several personal items that were sitting on the cart. When they were called about it, they had no knowledge of the belongings.When they came out mid week to fill the carts up with gas, the guy that came was really angry about having to come and complained that he was there having to do it. We weren’t sure what to make of that. Gassing up the carts is part of the rental.They didn’t offer any documents allowing us to walk around the carts noting any prior damage upon to signing for them, but brought out a sheet at the end of the week showing how we had failed to mark any prior damages when we signed for them and then kept our deposit.Completely shady.There are plenty of other places to rent golf carts. A quick Google search shows they have the lowest ratings in the area. We found out the hard way why. Wish we would have done our homework. This was the only downside of an otherwise wonderful vacation.

We rented a cart from these people last weekend. The cart was an older cart and the bars for the roof were obviously welded in several places. We returned the cart last Sunday and this morning I see a charge for $716 to my credit card. That is in addition to my $200 deposit. I called and they said that was for damage to the rails. In there contract it says I would be responsible for "vandalism, fire, theft or neglect," none of which occurred. When I called this morning I was told the owner would call me back. So far, no word. As a business owner myself, I am shocked that they would run my card without contacting me to discuss the situation. I will let you know the resolution of this matter.
