I feel like that this bank is completely disorganized and they all looked confused and the manager is just standing around and not helping customers while the line is 7 deep.. Unbelievable

1 teller working. Only 3 people in front of me and have been standing here over 20 minutes. Now 5 more people on line behind me. Line hasn't moved.

Even though I stopped by to close my account, Mr. Pope was very professional, friendly, and courteous. Had to work through some issues, but did so with no hiccups.
