Dr. Jones was so kind and informative regarding his recovery ahead and what our options were. We were called and given updates regularly and I always felt like I knew exactly how Mochi was doing. “Last week was tough. It has not been an easy time for my wife and I. We had to put down one of our dogs and I can't thank the entire staff at Boerne Vet Clinic enough. They were all extremely kind, professional and compassionate (down to little comments such as "you can tell he was loved and taken care of very well"). In previous (more routine) visits, I have found the staff and doctors to be very knowledgeable and transparent regarding pricing. We have been to other clinics that felt very pushy in recommending unnecessary and costly services. I would absolutely recommend Boerne Veterinary Clinic to anybody with a pet. “We have only been here in the Bergheim area for a couple of years, but we have had MANY experiences with Bergheim Pet Hospital and Clinic - and all of them have been great. We had one dog who got very sick shortly after we moved here from out of state - she became very chronically ill, and each time we needed to be seen, Bergheim was always there to help us. When the time finally came to say goodbye, their compassion for both our dog and for us was well beyond what words can convey.
Since then, we have adopted two more rescue dogs (now we have a total of three fur babies), and the team ALWAYS gives us the best care. Dr. Fradkin, Dr. McMullen, and Dr. Kresser are all great at explaining what their thoughts are and in presenting options when they are available. We have the greatest confidence in the care they provide to all our dogs. We are always greeted with Emma's friendly smile, and vet techs Caedan and Alex are magnificent at making friends with all our pets -- even our wild "teenage" sable German Shepherd! We highly recommend Bergheim Pet Hospital and Clinic!!”
