I went to Tryst salon because it was highly recommended by a bunch of people to me while I was back home from college. I was very disappointed with the service that I received while I was there. My hair dresser was an hour late with no explanation or apology. My hair was up charged without prior notification, because of "the amount of hair I had." I can't recommend this salon because I don't want my friends and family to potentially experience the same things.

If you are OK with spending 2 hours getting a haircut and then having g so much hair cut. That you can no longer get it in a clip, this may be the place for you.

My wife had her hair cut and styled by Tina Chapman. She LOVES Tina and she said everyone else was accommodating and friendly. She will definitely be going back! Thanks Tryst!

We had a great experience at Tryst Salon. Great cut, super friendly atmosphere, and Madisyn, our stylist, was wonderful! There was plenty of parking in the back and the newly renovated salon was well done (super cute!)! Thanks for everything, we will definitely be coming back!

I would like to say this was the only time I've ever said I loved my haircut and meant it. I got bangs for the first time in a long time and I'm so thrilled with how it turned out. Madisyn did an AMAZING job with my hair and she was beyond polite and was so very sweet as well as professional. It was my first time there and I'll be returning! I really loved the atmosphere and the fact she took her time and was very thorough. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Where do I even begin? This salon is Boerne's best kept secret, Madisyn is an absolute doll all of my girlfriends that go to her adore her as well. She was able to fix my hair when I came in with a ton of breakage and brassy highlights not to mention the cute cut she gave me- I get compliments daily! She is one of the the only hairdressers I know that can look at a picture and mirror exactly what you are wanting which is pretty remarkable. I highly recommend booking an appointment with her she truly is the best!

If I could give 0 stars I would. First I would like to start with my horrible "welcome". I made an appointment with Madisyn, who seemed too good to even greet me. When I walked in for my appointment all I got was a little half-a$$ smile before I was told to follow her. I disregarded my first impression of her but as my appointment went on I tried to make small talk but Madisyn acted like she didn't have the time of day.I understand we all have bad days, but when a coworker would talk to her she would answer joyfully and then get back to my hair like it was taking all of her energy to do her job. Then she proceeded to take several little 5 minute breaks to talk poorly about other coworkers with another, who's name i was not able to get. I went in for simple, light highlights that blend with my hair, but instead left with my hair looking patchy and practically two colors to the point where even my husband noticed something looked off. I don't know who gave this girl a license but I was very disappointed especially with her lack of customer service. This was my first time at this salon and unless the owner can assist in employee issues and entitlement, I don't see myself returning.

I have been going to Tryst for years. I love all the stylists there. They all have fun, loving personalities, and they do everything they can to make you love your hair. The salon is gorgeous too!

I have been going to Tryst Salon for over 2 years and see Anne Trimmier. On my last visit in July, I showed Anne a video my daughter took of my haircut by a stylist in L.A. so Anne could duplicate it. The cut came out very nice. Today I called to schedule another appointment and was told the by owner, Sharon, that they could no longer schedule any appointments for me at the salon. Shocked, I asked why. She said because of the "tutorial" video I showed Anne, who evidently was pissed that a client would actually tell a stylist how they wanted their hair cut. I asked to speak with Anne and was told that would be impossible. I find this salon, and especially Anne, extremely unprofessional!! I would NOT recommend this salon as they clearly are not loyal to their clients. If Anne was offended by someone asking her to duplicate a cut, then she should have said something to me in July rather than having me ambushed with "Anne and no one else in this salon will cut your hair". Unbelievable Tryst Salon AND ANNE! SO DISAPPOINTING! I will NEVER recommend this salon to anyone!
