“A big thank you to Francisco Rosillo in Service & Douglas House in Parts. Last Saturday i was traveling through as i was visiting the area for the weekend. I had not noticed that my front wipers has started to separate due to the heat over the summer and the rain storms last weekend then did further damage and they started to fall apart on my journey. A quick detour to INFINITI of Boerne and Francisco and Douglas had me back on the road with a new set of wipers after a short pit stop. They even put them on for me. “I had an appointment for first available on Monday and they called me Saturday to say they were slow and asked if I wanted to come in now they could take care of me immediately. So I did and they did. They met me at my vehicle as I pulled up and from there the service was on point. The vehicle went almost straight into the bay after quick paperwork was done and service from three technicians began just as quickly. The price for four excellent tires was a good and fair price so I could not ask for anything better. From the start to the very quick finish, I was treated like a valued customer by employees who actually care and I received quick attention and fast service. This is the only place I will ever take my vehicle to in the future for tires.”

“This place was awesome. Our vehicle started overheating, and we were stuck on the side of the road. We were towed to their place. Our vehicle fan had been Jerry-rigged by the previous owner. At first, they were just going to fix the rigging to get us home. I asked them to fix it correctly. We were told they needed to keep it overnight. So we called a friend for a ride home. While we were waiting, they went ahead and fixed it right then. It was so nice not to have to drive back the next day. The people there were so nice and accommodating. They offered us water as it was 105° in this Texas heat. I agree with the counter lady, I think Maria (?), they could benefit from vending machines. The mechanic even fitted a bolt to something with the back tire that was missing and made recommendations for some other work that needed to be done. They were even going to help us by letting us make payments if we couldn't afford the repair, as we are living on a fixed income (of course they would keep our vehicle until the repairs were paid for, but I didn't mind). Our van works great with no overheating problems. Would definitely recommend Hill Country Automotive to others. And thank y'all again.”
