I have used The Hail Advisor twice now. My first experience was with my wife's 2018 Acura TLX that took extensive hail damage in the May 2021 storm in Boerne. It took months for us to find a shop that we trusted and we looked high and low. We found Samantha by word of mouth and we knew right off the bat that she was legit. She worked with our Insurance Company one on one, did a thorough inspection/estimate, and delivered quality. My wife's car was perfect after Samantha and her team took care of all of the repairs and then some. My second experience was with my son's 2018 Camry. He hit a deer that just about destroyed the front of his car. I took a chance and called Samantha hoping that she and her team could take care of it. They delivered once again. She and her team fixed the damage inside and out and it looked great.The best endorsement came from my Insurance Company. They called me to tell me that Samantha was the most thorough and easy to work with Auto Body Repair company they have worked with in years. I am SO glad I chose to work with Samantha and her team at The Hail Advisor in Boerne. I have to admit, I was hesitant at first when she approached me in the HEB parking lot, but after looking at their reviews online and seeing several others mention they were also approached at HEB, and then went on to have such a great experience getting their car serviced- I decided to give it a shot! ?Samantha and her team went above and beyond, and I get the idea that is standard business practice for them!On top of repairing the mild hail damage on my car, they also preformed a full car detail, pulled out all the other random dents and dings on my car, replaced the trim around my windows, buffed out scratches, and even coordinated to have some upholstery work done with another shop in town while they had my car.Samantha maintained great contact throughout the whole process, and ensured pick up and drop off were as convenient as they could possibly be for me. She worked directly with my insurance company, and was their to answer any questions on my end from start to finish.The best part? Our Acura was seriously damaged in a good ole Texas hail storm months ago. We got estimates from several shops in the area. Each one of them had a little too much sketchy-ness for us. We hear about Samantha and her company The Hail Advisor. Best choice we have made in a long time. Samantha and Johnnie were responsive, explained the process in detail, and got the work done quickly. When we picked the car up we were amazed. I strongly recommend The Hail Advisor to anyone in the Boerne/San Antonio area. You will not be disappointed. The best part - it's a female owned and operated business.

These people are genuine and good. I wasn’t able to make my appointment so they offered to come to me to look at my car. They came to my house and then took my car to their shop to do the estimate. Brought it back to me, even filled my washer fluid and filled my tires.They met me at the rental car place so they could take my car to their shop. They then met me at the rental place to give me back my car. They are so nice, so helpful, so customer service oriented. I couldn’t recommend a shop more. They make it more than easy. The Hail Advisor team did an outstanding job on my truck. Josh and his team made it extremely easy for me. Not only did they do all the work, they picked my truck up and it was detailed after the hail damage was repaired. Top notch professionals. I wouldn’t have been able to get it repaired without the flexibility they gave me. I run a business and it’s hard to not have a vehicle. I was offered a vehicle while mine was in the shop. Hail Advisor is the BEST place to take your vehicle for hail damage, the work done to my truck was unbelievable. I have heard lots of people taking their vehicles to other places and took them more then a month to get it back. I had mine back in a week. The owner Samantha and her crew did all paper work and calls to my insurance company. All I did was wait to get my truck back looking like new again.. I used Hail Advisory to repair my truck and they did an amazing job. They were quick and easy to work with. They got my truck in and out quickly so it wasn’t a big inconvenience for me. My truck looked great after the repairs from the last hail storm. They even took the time to detail my truck before giving it back to me. I would recommend them to anyone for hail damage.

I had some serious hail damage to my truck and I shopped around in Boerne for a repair shop but couldn’t find a place that I could trust. I met Josh and I knew he was my guy. After both of my vehicles got pelted with hail Josh from The Hail Advisor was able to come to the rescue. He made the process easy by working with our schedule, contacting my insurance company, and even picking up and dropping our vehicles.What seperates this company from any other auto body shop I've ever worked with is that we had another hail storm 3 days later and Josh went above and beyond by fixing this damage as well.I highly recommend this establishment as they are kind, professional and go out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied!Services: Painting
