After contracting the flu my husband went to where the dr faced in my 4 scripts (Walgreens) they didn’t have any of them. So fortunately our dr sent them over to River Road Pharmacy within an hour they were ready. Today my husband is needing all the meds I was given and so back to River Road Pharmacy he will go. New to the area we will forever be your customers.Walgreens is horrendous!!!

This pharmacy is the absolute best. I have never had an issue and have been going there since they opened. They are very pleasant, super efficient and quite friendly. Scripts are filled quickly and I receive notifications via text in a prompt manner. I appreciate being able to request my prescriptions to be filled online without having to fiddle with remembering a username and password. These guys get it and they give great service small or big town or city. Adam has the recipe for great customer service, welcoming environment and knowledge.

This is the BEST pharmacy ever! I just switched to River Road to refill my prescription. There was a slight error with the direction of my meds but they were able to fix the issue in seconds. They just asked me to verify a couple of questions and that was it. Had I gone to CVS, Walgreens or HEB I probably would've been turned away until they called my doctor to approve. I also love that this is a locally owned, mom and pop pharmacy. I'm all about supporting our own. And the store inside is really cute if you're looking for a last minute gift or if you just need some everyday essential items. I will never go back to a regular store pharmacy again!

Never have I been to a pharmacy that is this efficient, organized, and accommodating. They also have almost everything I need in stock which is rare at other pharmacies. Thank you!!!

Was one of the first ever customers at River Road Pharmacy and had always been pleased with the helpfulness of a private pharmacy. I guess business has gotten good enough that they no longer will bother to make a phone call to forward an Rx in a time constrained situation. You should be embarrassed, Adam.

I needed to fill a prescription before flying out of San Antonio airport last Friday and the pharmacist and the others who were working behind the counter that day accommodated my request and helped me to get in and out in a very short amount of time so we were not late for our flight. Amazing care! Wish I lived in Boerne so I could use their pharmacy all the time!

As a manager of two physician clinics I get to hear about patient frustrations with pharmacies. Adam and team are always friendly and courteous, they get the orders right and usually are very fast. They have good prices, take all insurances, and offer free delivery in Boerne. Don't waste your time in line with the big pharmacies in town just to find out their mixer is broken and they can't give you your Rx.

This is a cute mom and pop local pharmacy that was recommended from my doctor! It's easy to find on river road and even has a little boutique inside. They also have a drive thru and were super sweet! I had a great first experience and can't wait to continue to support them

Absolutely WONDERFUL team. Best pharmacy hands down. Adam & Lisa are amazing pharmacists. Deborah, Shielsy, & Alma are so helpful & a joy. Love seeing their smiling faces & are ways so willing to help. Love love love River Rd Pharmacy!!!
