Could not accomplish a tow after being 3 hours later than they said. They were told they needed a medium duty wrecker, they sent a rollback for a 16’ box truck. Not sure who is in charge but the lady on the phone has no idea what she is doing. She confirmed we discussed a medium duty wrecker, they sent a rollback. Then asked me to please pay for their time anyways. In service if you don’t know what your doing and don’t even know the difference between a wrecker and rollback then you get one star, on top of that cost me a bunch of time.

Great customer service! My daughter’s car needed to be towed and it is very hard to tow. It is very low to the ground. Joe took extra special care with the car and made sure to take the time to make sure the bumpers did not scrape. I couldn’t be happier with their service! Would greatly recommend them to anyone!!

Horrible service was dispatched by progressive road side assistance. Driver shows up with attitude and refused to allow my brother a ride 2 miles down the road to were I live and were car was being towed. Literally left him on the side of the road with a fair oaks police officer scratching his head. Treated this more like a repo then a service call.

Broke down on the side of the road, when tow truck driver arrived he immediately gave me attitude about my wheels being against the curb. I pulled over as much as I could to minimize my vehicle from sticking out. He continued to give me attitude while helping me for 5 seconds to get the wheel off the curb. After he hooked the car up in 5 minutes he let me know he could not give me a ride 5 minutes to the house.............Horrible Service from the Tow Truck Driver.

Today Roman in ram flatbed tow truck did a really amazing job I went to see if I can get a picture of the motor on my car and he said sure be careful and I was being careful when I was getting down he helped me to get down on his truck after I got a picture. Thank you Roman for doing that for us to get it to the shop

Excellent service. John had my vehicle loaded, on the road and delivered to the mechanic within an hour.
Very happy with this company and will certainly be calling them again next time I need a tow.

Damage my car, and they don't want to pay the reimbursement after I fixed it. It's 4 months after I submitted the claim. No response. Just tell me you can afford the payment, I will let it go. $700 not that much to hurt your business. Don't play the quiet game.

Requested a tow through AAA...Pantusa towing was sent to my house to pick up my vehicle. I was unable to accompany my car to the auto shop. John Lawrence, truck 50, loaded it up and got it there safely, then contacted me after he dropped it off, very courteous and respectful. Thank you!
