This place is terrible. The employees are some of the worst I've seen at an auto parts store. They're not helpful, slow, talk too much, and you can tell they don't want to be there. Go to another parts store.

I needed to run in for a few parts today and had the opportunity of spending a few moments watching Bethany, Store mgr. in action. She seems to really manage her folks well. They actually like her. I understand why. In fact, I told Bethany to go home and tell her husband that he’s a lucky man. Maybe this will be the reminder that she needs.
I may be wrong, but I’m thinking that one of our team members, Steve with a V, has a tendency to do the job right all the time.
I think he would’ve offered to come and put on the wiper I purchased or to pick up the parts from the filter department, even if she wasn’t standing there as his boss. I just get a feeling that is the kind of guy he is.

Mike was excellent in helping with diagnostics and replacement. He offered insight and easily replaced with no issues. We appreciate the excellent customer service.

My check engine light came on . This is the first place I thought I’d bring my expensive car . They plugged my car in and told me the code. Easy right He then reset it and I was good . O'Reilly Auto
Before this I went to auto zone , auto zone has been in business for quite some time they had the scanner they couldn’t find where to put it I went to three auto zones yep they couldn’t find where to plug it in they stretched to look they had me doing all these crazy things and looks like there all working out of the same training manual which doesn’t work I’m done going there . I go to o”Reilly for everything these guys know what they’re doing and know exactly where to go to solve the problem . I think auto zone is a joke in my book I’ll never go back . Carbratt13…

I love Oreillys. The employees are a great help. They are pretty knowledgeable of what products they offer as well as quick to help you then check you out at the register to send you on your way. The pricing is more affordable also! Can't beat that!

It was nice to go into an auto parts store and the person assisting you be very knowledgeable in many different areas of the automobile electrical mechanical and computer I haven’t experienced that in so long most of these other auto parts stores not mentioning any by name but you have to do all the research all the way down to finding their part number and let them know what their part number is and tell them if they have it in stock or not at that point you might as well go on line find the best value and order it yourself but how the young man came across being very knowledgeable was well received and will keep people like me coming back receipt says the young man’s name was Devon on drawer 2
