In July of 2024 I purchased a CPO Nissan at Boerne Nissan. The finance company NMAC was never sent my info or my veh. info. No car payment book, no online access to payments and no return calls from Boerne Nissan as of yet. Four calls, two voice mails and three emails no return calls or emails. Not sure what they are up to?

I had the pleasure of working with Bill in the service department. From the very beginning he took the time to explain what was wrong with my vehicle; he even placed me in a loaner vehicle, due to the saftey issues they found in my vehicle. He went above and beyond and diligently dealt with the warranty company (they were just being difficult), and most importantly he kept me well informed throughout the entire process. He is the prime example of what customer service IS and should be!

I was one of those customers difficult to get in a car. Credit bad, struggling to get any down payment, etc. but these guys never gave up on me. I had specifics: what I was looking for and what I could pay monthly. They were not deterred. I'm temporarily disabled and had to do everything remotely. When something couldn't be done that way, they came all the way to San Marcos to me! They got me in a car I really like when no one else could get me in anything at all. For less than I asked! And as I write this I am in a near brand new loaner that they brought to me to use while they complete all the checks and services on the car I bought. And then deliver it!! How could you ask for better service??? Ask for Gio, my salespersons, and David, the finance manager. They make things happen when no one else can.

Excellent experience with Bill Coddington, who help remedy an issue another dealership could not help with. Very professional and returned the car better than I left it. I'm bringing my other Nissan here because it's worth the drive from San Antonio.

My service adviser was Bill Coddington. I have a 2021 Nissan Sentra I just bought from another big name dealer. It wasn't even a week after buying it and I had things going wrong with the car. The place I bought it from would not look at it. They said to take it to a Nissan dealer. Thank God I bought a service contract. Bill got me in within a few days of calling. He helped me get my service contract activated. They ordered the parts it needed and took care of a recall. A few days later I was back and they fixed the car. He even had them wash it on my first visit. He got me a loaner to use being the car was going to be in for several hours. Thanks Bill you made these visit a pleasure. You went above and beyond, Thank you
