We have used Morrell Jewelers in Boerne since 2019 and they are wonderful! We came in originally to buy a bigger diamond for my wedding ring for our 45th anniversary. I was hesitant because I didn't want to exchange my original stone so they suggested to create a beautiful necklace with it! The prices were very reasonable and I just love both items! Last week we went back to see if they could create some earrings to match a different necklace I had and they were so helpful again! I love this company and we will always use them. It's just a short drive from Kerrville and totally worth it! Everyone is super nice and extremely helpful!

Went to Morrell Jewelry to have my band removed from my Rolex watch. It took the "jeweler" less than four minutes to remove the band and he charged me $50.00 plus tax. That equates to $750.00 per hour for his services. Needless to say, I will not be returning to Morrell Jewelry for any reason.

Recommended to me by my son who teaches in Beorne. Drove from San Antonio for a prong repair. They said all prongs needed replaced so I said how much? The estimate was what I would have thought for one stone not THREE! The work was beautiful! Now my go to place for repairs.

Superior Customer service. I had a bad experience with another jeweler and came to Morrell to get my item fixed. Not only did they help me resolve things with the previous jeweler but they presented me with several great options for replacing my item. Claire is who helped me and she is wonderful. I will be recommending Morrell to everyone I can.

Amazing owner, jeweler, and staff! I would not trust anyone else with my jewelry repairs or redesigns. Morrell has the best quality and is priced reasonably too. They also do custom work ???

Excellent service! I had requested a custom piece from an out of state dealer I had utilized in the past. After a couple of attempts to get it corrected, I decided to see if Morrell could assist. Morrell Jewelry was able to quickly identify issue and correct same day! Made my day!
