Had an amazing experience with Robert, my sales consultant, and Mark, my finance guy! Both were very helpful throughout the entire process of buying my corvette!Robert was not very pushy, was great with communication as I was unable to immediately see the car and was stellar when helping me get to the final part of buying the car. He also checked in with me days after to see how I was enjoying my purchase. Very great person overall.Mark was very straight forward with the finance part. He talked about everything in Layman's terms and helped me decide which routes were best to go. That mixed in with his great personality, could not have had a better car buying experience.Thank Mercedes-Benz of Boerne! Highly recommended them.

Well received by James when I took vehicle in for service at 7 a.m. He gave me a tour of waiting area and the free amenities available like gourmet coffee, fruits, snacks, and more. 5-star looking dealership. When vehicle was repaired he explained and printed what was done and pointed out other concerns without being pushy into repairing those.

IF I could get a hold of a single person in Boerne Mercedes I would not be writing this scathing review. I have called, texted and left messages. I would have difficult time calling what they offer service as a service provider myself. My car went in for a specific problem and after paying 5k and not speaking to a single service rep or the general manager despite leaving messages and calling multiple times for both, it has the same message displaying. It is difficult to believe that we pay so much for cars and were promised a great dealership when really it is a complete joke!

Absolutely great service! The associate I spoke to originally was out on vacation but had left everything ready with another team member who was expecting me. I arrived and there was no delay. Waiting area was well stocked with a good selection of treats and drinks. Overall a great experience.

This is probably the biggest waste of time Sprinter repair shop on the planet earth. I will only relate my last visit in the interest of time.Came in with my Spronter in limp mode. A truly dangerous and certainly a killer situation on a busy freeway with road work in progress. A class action suit is just around the corner for MB. So, I roll in and explain my problem and, of course, it must be left to evaluate.Two days later, van is ready, on my way, hop in and roll tow blocks, turn on AC and oh no, Limp Mode. WTF, It's fixed? Uturn under freeway, five minutes, back to dealer service. Visit the mechanic no sabe kimo.So 30 days pass with no fix and then one day. Ding, van fix good.Meet a driver in Ft Stockton, Texas and hop in for a test drive. Turn on the AC,Yahoo!, Limp Mode, out of DEF, no fuel and a newly broken windshield.Kevin, you numero uno service manager says fuck you, we want our rent car back! OK, and I am stuck in Ft Stockton, Texas.They made a promise and don't give a shit if they did. And they will do the same for you. Mark my word!! Keep on truckin This is not the place to be.And don't answer because you are gonna burn for your deceit.So I fucked up twice. This relates my second round. Me bad.Period.

My service advisor Patricia Enriquez always takes me in for any concerns I might have and informs me what my car needs and needed in the near future.Also service technician keeps me updated and informed what my car needs during the service visit. I feel I can trust my service advisor and technician staff for my safety as long as I am under their expertise.

This was my first experience with Mercedes Benz of Bourne. I needed the A Service and replacement of the rocker switch to roll up the front passenger window. That small knob popped off two weeks ago while rolling up the window. Totally unexpected!!!They had my car for four days. Thankfully, I had a loaner car.Turns out that they cannot replace the small knob only. The entire door unit must be replaced and it’s on back order.I will patiently wait for that part to come in.James Hendricks was my service agent and kept me informed of the progress.Truly appreciated the service.

When driving home from this dealership I stopped at a rest area because of some rattling noise. Looking underneath the vehicle (a brand new 2023 Sprinter van) I did notice that a plastic clip was missing on one side causing the rattle. I sent pictures of both sides, the one with the clip and the side where it was missing. Several emails to both the salesperson and the salesmanager asking to send me a clip so that I can fix it resulted, unfortunately, in no response. Obviously, this behavior is not even close to what you would expect from a Mercedes Benz dealer! I do not even want to think about having a vehicle serviced at this dealership - simply go elsewhere.

This as my first visit to the Mercedes-Benz of Boerne and now, will NOT be the last. I had the most amazing and professional experience with Michael Talamantez, Senior Executive, and Stephen Bitoni, Finance Manager. I came all the way from Ft Cavazos, TX (formerly Ft Hood) after talking to Mr. Talamantez and explaining to him what I was looking for in a “used” vehicle for my daughter. Completely putting my trust with Mr. Talamantez in narrowing down a vehicle selection and stream-lining the entire application/approval process online, I was able to arrive and sign all paperwork with Mr. Bitoni. BOTH treated my daughter and I like family. Never once did either one treat us as “another customer” to close a sale. My daughter and I walked out of there with a pristine 2021 Toyota RAV4 completely satisfied with the service we received. We will definitely be back! If you are in the market for a “new” or “used” vehicle, ask for Michael Talamantez! (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)

Came to this location for service on a recall. Service advisor James was very pleasant and professional. Took care of another issue i have with my vehicle very quickly. Highly recommend James as a service advisor to anyone needing service.The dealership itself is nice, however, lounge needs improvement, amenities are very basic and the ambience is a little dull. Other than that my experience with customer service is excellent.

Pat is by far the BEST service advisor I’ve seen at any dealership. They customer service here is top notch. Highly recommend for any service needs. The sales staff works well with the service advisors for a stellar customer experience as well. After experiencing a poor experience at MB of San Antonio, this staff in Boerne made a huge impression.

I had my super car fixed here. I did use one more MB service in SA and this time mistakenly came here. I am glad I did. Fabulous service, great comms, upfront cost, detailed inspection with photo proof. Andres was my consultant and he did a fantastic job. I had to review this place.
