on September 17, 2024, I was getting my car serviced at Toyota of Boerne. I had some free time and always have wanted a Mercedes so I walked over to look at the some of the vehicles they offer. After walking around for about 15 to 20 minutes looking at different cars. Associates looked at me, but never assisted or would help me with any of the cars. I guess with everything that’s going on in the world. I was not in the right place at the right time. I guess there’s a lot of other nice vehicles out there I should consider other brands. But I really wanted the Mercedes.

Guy Vick made the process very easy , he took the time to show us every last detail. Guy made sure the vehicle was perfect and he spent a lot of extra time where other dealers wouldnt have gone that extra mile. Once we made up our mind it took less than an hour to get on the road. MB of Boerne has the best prices , no games. I am very impressed with the organization and the quality of staff. Thanks again Mr Vick customer for life .

I recently purchased a new sprinter van camper from a different dealership. I took it to Mercedes-Benz of Boerne to have it looked at and they provided excellent service from the phone call when I was done and drove off the lot. I will definitely be going back for future maintenance and service

I’ve used a stealer multiple times before but this time was the worst experience yet. I brought my car in. Yes it’s a 10-year-old E350 convertible to get inspected. They did the inspection upon return. I discovered that the driver seat back lever to move the seat forward to get in. The backseat has been broken off. I reported this to the service manager, Ken, who said that he was not aware of that happening while the car was there, upon further review, they found that someone in the car wash area use the lever to move the seat forward to vacuum the car. Apparently it broke. That they would not be fixing it since it was an old car and it was $913 to repair so I told him that I will take my car and take it elsewhere and make sure to come back to this place and make sure to tell everyone do not use this dealer. I’m not sure what happened to customer service people seem more concerned about reviews than they are about providing good service
