I dropped my 2023 S500 off for my Schedule A Maintenance. I was assigned Ryan as an advisor. I let him know that I had a piece of rubber taken out on the wall of my front passenger tire. He notified me that they would look into it. I picked up my car the next day and got a flat on the way home on the tire in question. I had to wait 2 hours for a tow only for the car to be taken back to the dealership I had just left. I asked if the car could be delivered to my house once the tire was replaced since I was already inconvenienced enough. Ryan said he would take care of it. Once my car was ready he told me to come pick it up and that I must have run over something on the way home. However, there was no nail, or object found. I find this hard to believe since I was on the highway the entire time, didn’t hit a pot hole, and it happened within minutes of leaving the dealership. I don’t believe the car was inspected thoroughly enough, or something happened to it while in possession at the dealership. Now I either have to wait the entire weekend to get it delivered Monday afternoon, or spend another hour driving to pick it up again because they couldn’t deliver it after all. On top of this Ryan charged me an extra $50 on my service that was not notated. Once confronted about this extra charged it was removed, but without clarification of why it was there to begin with. I was never emailed or texted videos of the inspection, or after the car returned to the service department with the flat. I spoke to the service director, Kevin, about this and he said he would send me video, but I never received it. I feel like there was a lack of customer service from top to bottom. Very disappointing for such a high end dealership.

**WARNING** Service Director Kevin Boles does not want your business. On 11/1/23 my S63 would not start, having had my car recently serviced at Mercedes of Boerne, I reached back out to my service advisor Eddy Waters. I have a 5 yr Maxcare warranty from Carmax, and have towing included. That would have been free to either Selma or San Antonio Mercedes. Due to the distance from New Braunfels, I had to pay $358 out of pocket. So I called Eddy to make sure they could get the car in and fixed within a reasonable amount of time. I also let him know that due to my wife's medical bills I could not pay anything out of pocket. He assured me I would be taken care of and to have the car towed to dealership. On 11/2/23 Charles Spencer called me to advise that Eddy was on vacation and he would be taking over. Letting me know that the issue with my car is the fuel pump, and that he would try to get Mercedes Benz to cover it under warranty. This would have been the 3rd fuel pump installed at a Mercedes dealer in the last 18 months. This is were things went off the rails. Charles said the previous dealer should have also replaced the gas tank and that I would need to call the previous Mercedes Dealer as well as Mercedes Benz HQ. This lead to a wild goose chase with a lot of confusion and no result. After a couple weeks of this, they finally called my warranty company which sent out a technician to inspect the vehicle. I received a call from Charles stating that Maxcare did not approve my warranty claim and that I had to pay $15,000 out of pocket. After calling the warranty company I was able to get the repairs approved. To my surprise Charles then called a few days later to say that they need me to pay $1,300 out of pocket. Stating that it's common for customers to pay extra even for a vehicle under warranty. Knowing this is not correct I again called Maxcare. Maxcare stated they had not received a cost breakdown from Boerne Mercedes and would happily adjust their payout coverage if someone sent it to them. On 11/23/23 Charles called to let me know the repairs are covered and they will order parts. Then silence.........No one would return my calls or give me an ETA for weeks. I repeatedly asked for the Service Manager Kevin Boles to call me, as I have never had a Mercedes dealer ignore me. On 1/2/2024 Charles texts me to let me know that the parts are there and nothing has been done since 11/23/23, however they are on it. I let him know that I need the car back, at this point my insurance is penalizing me $550 per month since I pay per mile and the cars transponder has not reported since they took the car in on 11/1/23. Again ask for an update nothing...... On 1/15/24 I call Charles and let him know that my wife is in the hospital having emergency surgery due to her cancer. Begging him to just finish the car, as I would be selling it to help pay for my wife's medical bills. He let's me know the car needs a battery now and they need $550 from me. I again asked for Kevin Bowles to call me for the 12th time. Finally on 1/17/2024 I get a call that the car is done, after almost 3 months of this nightmare I can get the car. Kevin Boles would still not speak with me but I was told I could chat with him when I picked up my car. Great, I let them know I would be there in 30 min. After arriving both my service advisor and his manager were on lunch. So after 20 minutes I finally see the Service Director Kevin walk by. I approach him and introduced myself to which he shook my hand and invited me into his office. Here is the FUN part. Kevin Boles stated that he does not know ANYTHING about my situation or my vehicle, and claims to have never received a message for him to call me. So I begin to explain my frustrations to him, with out letting me finish he interrupts. He being to raise his voice yelling about how my warranty company is "A bunch of F*CKING Dumb @ss's" and going on to say that he does not need to chat about my situation. All of a sudden he seems to remember a lot. I tired to explain that they have had

We have purchased three vehicles from Mercedes of Boerne. Wash time we have dealt with Albert Lopez. Albert is so easy to deal with, he is our representative and is straightforward and responsive. Service is also a pleasant experience. Pat Enriquez has always assisted us with our service needs. She is easy to reach and looks out for our interests.

My husband made an appointment to take our Mercedes in for routine maintenance at Mercedes of Boerne this past Tuesday, Dec 26, with an 11:30 AM appointment. He was told it would take 3 hours for completion. He was given the option of waiting there or taking an Uber home. As he is 81 yrs old with some physical disabilities, he took the Uber home and waited for a call to pick up vehicle. After not hearing anything at 4pm, he called and was told his service advisor Matthew was at lunch and would return his call on status of car. He called again at 6 pm with no answer from anyone. Matthew then sent a text stating the proof of insurance could not be found to do the state inspection. It was personally handed over to him by my husband when the car was dropped off. Our car was kept overnight at the facility with no explanation to us or concern about our transportation needs. On Wednesday morning, we both took an Uber over to retrieve our car. We went to desk of Matthew, the advisor. He was disrespectful with nothing to say except to tell us to sign and pay for charges that were over $700. We are seniors as well as my husband is a disabled vet. A pleasant " good morning " or apology for stretching a 3 hour appointment into overnight stay would have been nice as well as appropriate. Matthew's only response was that the waiting room was full and they had to take care of those customers first. Not sure is if they were pushing us to the back of line because we are seniors or have a Hispanic surname??? We did have a confirmed appointment. We also called and spoke to Amanda, manager, who made it very clear she did not have time to speak to us. Stated she had a corporate meeting in AM and a personal appointment in afternoon that was not the business of anyone and she had the right to take it off ??We certainly understand a busy schedule but was not offered another day/time. We had only asked for a few minutes of her time. This morning, received phone call from Matthew asking if there was anything he could do to make things right. We appreciated the phone call, however, can't really turn the clock back on this unfortunate event. EVERYONE deserves respect and the right to be treated with dignity. Happy New Year!

This is probably the biggest waste of time Sprinter repair shop on the planet earth. I will only relate my last visit in the interest of time. Came in with my Spronter in limp mode. A truly dangerous and certainly a killer situation on a busy freeway with road work in progress. A class action suit is just around the corner for MB. So, I roll in and explain my problem and, of course, it must be left to evaluate. Two days later, van is ready, on my way, hop in and roll tow blocks, turn on AC and oh no, Limp Mode. WTF, It's fixed? Uturn under freeway, five minutes, back to dealer service. Visit the mechanic no sabe kimo. So 30 days pass with no fix and then one day. Ding, van fix good. Meet a driver in Ft Stockton, Texas and hop in for a test drive. Turn on the AC, Yahoo!, Limp Mode, out of DEF, no fuel and a newly broken windshield. Kevin, you numero uno service manager says fuck you, we want our rent car back! OK, and I am stuck in Ft Stockton, Texas. They made a promise and don't give a shit if they did. And they will do the same for you. Mark my word!! Keep on truckin This is not the place to be. And don't answer because you are gonna burn for your deceit. So I fucked up twice. This relates my second round. Me bad. Period.

When driving home from this dealership I stopped at a rest area because of some rattling noise. Looking underneath the vehicle (a brand new 2023 Sprinter van) I did notice that a plastic clip was missing on one side causing the rattle. I sent pictures of both sides, the one with the clip and the side where it was missing. Several emails to both the salesperson and the salesmanager asking to send me a clip so that I can fix it resulted, unfortunately, in no response. Obviously, this behavior is not even close to what you would expect from a Mercedes Benz dealer! I do not even want to think about having a vehicle serviced at this dealership - simply go elsewhere.

Recently, my car was in the shop to have one of the sensors calibrated. The service writer did an excellent job taking care of my vehicle. And getting it back to me in a timely fashion. Thank you!

I have nothing but glowing reviews for Mercedes Benz of Boerne. I have been purchasing previously owned/'new to me' vehicles for about a decade from them and refuse to go anywhere else. Jeff Ramirez has assisted me every time and I recommend you see him immediately if you are looking for ANY vehicle. Mercedes of Boerne sells many other previously owned and certified makes and models that are not Mercedes. They are all in tip-top condition, low fair pricing and you are not allowed to leave the dealership in your vehicle until they have made sure every inch of that vehicle is in excellent condition. I have never felt so appreciated, taken care of, respected and cared for at any other dealership. I know there are people there that are purchasing vehicles at price points of $100,000 and way beyond that. I cannot afford something like that. Each time I've purchased a vehicle there, it's been at a price point of $20,000 or under. This could be seen as a drop in the bucket compared to all the higher end purchases. With all honesty, I can tell you that no one there ever made me feel less important or less relevant. I'm always treated as if I am buying a $200,000 vehicle. The financing person, this time it was Steven, worked so hard to try to get me approved at the best rate my up and down credit can get and they work so hard to get a warranty that I can afford so I don't leave there with any worries. I've never had a dealership before I started going there treat me that way, ever. Once I went to a dealer (who shall remain nameless) that happens to be next door to them. They gave me such a hard time and kept me there for hours fighting me on price and then let me go home with a giant bolt of some kind stuck in between the tire and the hub of the car. We couldn't figure out why the tire was slowly losing air. My mechanic found the bolt and told me each time I drove it like that, I was in danger. It was in a weird place and made it clear to me they hadn't thoroughly checked the car from head to toe. I'm so appreciative of Mercedes Benz of Boerne. They are the kindest and most caring dealership and I recommend them to everyone I know. Jeff Ramirez has worked there for many years; he always remembers me and always treats me like I'm his number one client. I always feel special there. Every time I leave there with a vehicle, it's a vehicle that I thought I could never afford or have but they make it possible and completely affordable. I am very grateful to them. I bought a 2004 Porsche Boxster with very low miles about 8-10 years ago from Jeff Ramirez at Mercedes of Boerne. I offered them a little less than what they requested and had no problem having that offer accepted, absolutely no haggling. Treated me like I was the only customer in the place. They worked hard to get me a total warranty at the best price possible. No one every guessed I paid what I paid. I treated that car well, kept the miles down as well and enjoyed it for years. Last weekend I was looking through their site for fun and found what I'd been wanting and was ready to trade the Porsche in. They gave me a generous trade in value. No one will ever know what I ended up being financed for on my Mercedes Benz SLK 250 Roadster. It's gorgeous and I was able to include a warranty and GAP and Dent protection. My payments are so low, you'd never believe it. Whenever you are in the mood to toy around with the idea of buying a new used car, go to their website and peruse their inventory, I guarantee you will be messaging Jeff Ramirez for some details, because everything is affordable and in excellent condition. Trust me, treat yourself! I'll include pics of the Porsche I bought from them some years ago and then the Mercedes Roadster I traded it in for last weekend

Amazing sales and service. Had an issue with my new mercedes, but these guys got it taken care of, got me a loaner in the meantime, and the GM kept in contact with me to ensure I was taken care of. This is the ONLY place I will buy a car from in the future! Shoutout to James Godkin for all your assistance!

I was worried by some of the reviews but I just moved here and figured let me try it for myself. First I was immediately greeted by several employees. Next Matt & Pat both helped me. Very professional and considerate. My car was spotless and the service was way cheaper than i expected. By about 1/2. I will absolutely go back because what I experienced was exceptional service. I only have a little GLA and got service like I had an AMG G wagon.

They charged me $1500 to fix an oil leak. Three weeks later my car is leaking more oil and they asked for $900 more, despite a warranty. Absolute scam artists. Avoid.

I have mixed feelings about this dealership based on recent experience. The positives- we got the car in good condition as far as I can tell. The negatives- Incompetent sales team. The particular salesman we worked with had terrible customer service skills. We were especially disappointed this was our experience at Mercedes dealer of all places. At the podunk Chevy dealer, I wouldn't be shocked. At a Mercedes dealer you expect professionalism. Overall, I wouldn't buy from them again.
