“Had to get a random DOT DRUG TEST. I can’t remember her name but she the Manager of the facility. She was so awesome and just completely down to earth with professionalism and that takes a very special character that most people don’t have. She was very organized and the place was spotless!! I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HER TO ANY ONE WHO NEEDS TO HAVE LABS DONE!!! There’s even a Walmart that shares the parking lot that an 18 wheeler can park in to get this FEDERAL MANDATED TEST done. That’s is a 5 star in itself!! We have to have a place to park when we are told to get er done by the main bosses in WASHINGTON DC while we are out on the road or we will have kiss our careers goodbye!! Thank so much Ms Manager for being a wonderful person!!”

“This is the best CPL labs center! I have been to many of their locations over the past 1.5 years and this one is by far the best. They have the most skilled techs and they are the most efficient getting people in and out. I have never had any issues getting the services that I require. If this location is an option for you, go.”

“I was not previously notified that No children are allowed into the office. The phlebotomist told me that my son was allowed to wait in waiting room by himself and she would try to draw my blood quickly so I could get back to my son sooner. Quest should advise you of the “no children” policy via email when you’ve made the appointment, or ever better to notify on the website when you’re in the process of making the appointment.
I asked the worker if this was quest policy for all locations or just the Boerne location, she said it should be for all locations. (Side note, six months ago in January 2024, I went to the quest at 1604 & Bandera and I was allowed to bring my son into the office with me.)
The blood draw was quickly, efficiently, and painlessly done.

Also, no previous communication that they would take a capture of my credit card in case insurance doesn’t cover as estimated, and that's ok but I would've preferred to know ahead of time.”

“Easy to make an appointment online and it was a breeze to check in when I arrived. Got there 10 minutes early, waited in my car and 5 minutes before my appointment I got called in. Staff was super friendly and I was done in no time at all. Great location and great staff”
