“Went there today to have a watch band repaired on my daughter's watch, one of my personal watches fixed, and one for my wife. He fixed my daughter and mine while I waited for $25. He looked at my wife's which had belonged to her grandmother. Told me it would be $75 to repair it. Didn't try and pressure me into repairing it or anything (it's not worth $75 to repair). I ended up buying a little necklace for my daughter while I was there. Id highly recommend taking in any watches here to have them repaired.”

“We have used Morrell Jewelers in Boerne since 2019 and they are wonderful! We came in originally to buy a bigger diamond for my wedding ring for our 45th anniversary. I was hesitant because I didn't want to exchange my original stone so they suggested to create a beautiful necklace with it! The prices were very reasonable and I just love both items! Last week we went back to see if they could create some earrings to match a different necklace I had and they were so helpful again! I love this company and we will always use them. It's just a short drive from Kerrville and totally worth it! Everyone is super nice and extremely helpful!”
“I needed to have my watchband replaced. Sounds easy enough, right? Unfortunately the jeweler/watch repair person I previously went to installed the clasp backwards and used inferior pins that caused the band to come apart. I decided to take it to Boerne Jewelers and spoke to Luis. He listened intently as I explained what happened and what I needed him to do. He quoted me a price and I left the watch with him. I returned a couple of hours later and the watch was perfect. He did exactly what I wanted him to do and at below the price he quoted me. Overall very pleased with their service and I would highly recommend!”

I recently had the pleasure of working with Lee at this location, and I couldn't be more impressed with his professionalism and helpfulness. From the moment I walked in, Lee greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. Not only did he assist me with carting in the items into the store I wanted to sell, but he also went above and beyond by carrying out and loading up the items that Money Mart Pawn wouldn't accept.
