To be honest I was very disappointed. I was behind one vehicle at one of the bays. Which is not usual. When it was my time to go in I was asked to back up so another vehicle could go ahead of me. At this point I have been already waiting 30 min. They moved other cars around and they all ended up entering their bays before. One of them left before I even got into my bay. By the time I got into my bay I have been waiting over an hour. So much for 10 min oil change that so advertised. If that was the case I should have been in my bay in 30 min. By the time I got in my bay all the cars that arrived shortly after me had already left. I only needed an oil change. Nice and simple no new filters, no new blades, didn’t have the check my tires I was to frustrated to wait on anything else. By the time I got Take 5 and when they finished my trucks oil change it was over 1- 1/2 hours. That is not acceptable. I didn’t even come at a prime time when a lot of people come. I have gone here for years and the past two experiences have not be great. This one was the worst. I think y'all need to stick with what you first started the business with. Just oil changes, inspections and the basic check list. If people want to change out coolant, etc they should be it’s own bay or separate building like it used to be. Used to be known for for its in and out oil change place and that is no longer the case. Sorry but this is not acceptable.

Lost 1 of my air filter cover screws. Lost my windshield wiper fluid cap. Military discount now requires members to be present. Attendant with bad attitude- very pushy. Taking my business to jiffy lube.

Attendant attempted to sell me a rear differential fluid change, when my vehicle doesn’t have a rear differential. They failed to apply my 25% discount coupon and finally to make matters worse! After I departed the bays and drove down the highway, my hood began to flap up and down because they failed to properly secure my hood. As a grand. Finale….I was unable to call the service station directly because ALL of their phones are routed to a call center. I have left multiple messages with multiple operators and have NOT received a call back from anyone of their managers. They have lost a customer for life!

First employee I encountered rolled his eyes at me when I told him “good morning”. I arrived and pulled in a bay just after 7am and spent over 50 mins there before I was finally able to leave AND left late for a trip my family and I were heading on. Didn’t care for the upsell attempts and really don’t like that my wife’s glove box was broken while trying to upsell me on a cabin air filter.
Will be finding a new place to go.
