Elderly people BEWARE! I went to have my phone checked out due to not keeping a charge. I have been a Cricket customer for many years. ALEXIS was my sales person who said I needed a new phone and sold me one for $30.00 which was an Iphone 11. After leaving the store I realized she failed to transfer any contacts or my photos. I went back to the store 30 minutes later to get this resolved and was told by a young man I would need my apple ID and would have to go the the Apple store fir this. I asked to speak to Alexis and she would not come out to the front of the store to speak to me!! After a month I got a charge of $130.00 on my bank account for "Progressive Leasing " having no clue what this was for I called them and they explained I had a lease agreement thru Cricket for $1400.00. I was totally UNAWARE OF THIS!! She never explained this to me or went over a receipt with me! Now I know why this store is top in sales!! PATHETIC that you do business like this with ELDERLY people. Will never refer friends or family to Cricket again but will go straight to the BBB. This is posted for the customer my husband...REESE Meaux.

For all you older folks, my name is Scott Davis. I'm am disable vet that I have different things happening to my brain. Because I have a military background. I'll be in blow up. Yesssie, her partner there on Saturdays. I'll be straight and forward with you if u decide to switch to cricket. They are my recommendations. Don't go to the other lady because she doesn't have time for cricket customers.I do have to say. I asked specifically for my $113.75 back from this lady. When things went arrive, they were my fault, I owned it. I brought the wrong paperwork with my wrong phone numbut. Yessie, she was able to take cReofcare of the problem. I had in 3 minutes. Go to yasi, she is the cricket. Go to persend it. Thank you, Scott Davis, Good Night and happy holidays. And God bless everyone because I fought for everyone I am you disabled that navy CB.
