Of course medial care for our precious dogs is expensive these days. I guess it is what it is. I doubt mind paying for great care. At Cibolo Creek Dr. Klien gives great care to her patients, she is worth every penny!

So I have thought about my visit here for months. I think that what this woman as a veterinarian did was absolutely unprofessional in my opinion. I went back and forth about leaving a review. Seeing as I can’t stop thinking about what was said in front of my 12 year old daughter at that and my 12 year old was looked at as well to answer this absolutely ridiculous question, it is time that I leave a review. People need to realize that we all have things going on in our lives. One I brought my little dog here because she was acting odd and I already knew she had a hernia. I had seen several veterinarians before coming here. So I’m going to try to shorten this as best as I can. We get to the room and this veterinarian comes in I tell her I know my dog has a hernia, but she has been acting weird not herself. Now remind you I have been crying so bad over my little dog . I do not have makeup on all though none of that should even matter. It is myself, my daughter and husband in the room. This veterinarian asked me is it possible that your dog has gotten into any weed! What? No! Looks at my daughter and asks her the same question that myself the adult just answered. My daughter answered no! Then proceeded to look at my husband and asked him the question. My husband would not answer her because he was just so dumbfounded and was trying to keep his cool knowing how upset I had been over my dog and I was just looking for some help. This woman decided to ask the question again! 3 times! Not acceptable or professional! I will not go into my personal life but will tell you I had been crying for days over my family who is in another state. I ended up losing my father. That was only some of what I had going on. Also this veterinarian wanted to charge me to fix my dogs hernia about 5,000 dollars. Well thank the Lord I found a non profit veterinary hospital that did it for 750.00 . Guess what, they never asked me if my dog had been into any weed! This non profit veterinary hospital is absolutely amazing!! So I feel that people shouldn’t judge a book by its cover and always remember, you never know what is going on in someone’s life. As a professional you should know better. When the non profit veterinary hospital seen the quote for the hernia surgery from this place, they shook their head. Because we as dog lovers will pay this and go broke or we will not pay and think we have no choice but to watch our dog die. Always look for another place if they are charging ridiculous prices. I had been and seen about 8 total veterinarians before finding the most caring and honest veterinarian I have ever come across. They saved my dog and also did not break me financially. I still go there. Almost forgot, the veterinarian at this Cibolo Creek Hospital also at the end of all this says and she my dog is getting a rabies shot! It’s a law! What who do you think you are! I know what the laws are but this woman did not ask me she told me! For a house dog huh?! Yeah my dog is not out and about to even come close to getting rabies. Just another way to make a buck. Oh and by the way we my husband and I have the money to pay for things. But we know that people like this are all about taking money and not really caring for the animal. I have 4 dogs all rescued including the one that was seen at this awful place. It has been 7 month’s since all this happened. My daughter still talks about this. She is just a child and knows better. My daughter knows that she should have never been asked that question.

I recently took my nine year old BorderCollie to see Dr. Klein at Cibolo Creek Vet Hospital for the first time. While I could not go in with Rob due to Covid, I was impressed with the warm and professional demeanor of the staff and with Dr. Klein. This veterinarian came to my car twice to discuss Rob’s history, then to discuss the results of her exam and the treatment plan.
I am impressed with the clinic, the staff, and with Dr. Klein, and she will be my dog’s veterinarian for the rest of his life.

As usual, Dr Klein and the staff at Cibolo Creek are entirely kind and professional towards me and my elderly father’s feral cat. I couldn’t be happier and I highly recommend Cibolo Creek Veterinary Hospital.

Dr. Klein recently treated our beloved rescue cat, Sugar , for a possible recurrence of her chronic urinary problems , and we were quickly given an appointment on a very busy day in the clinic for an eval appointment. She went way beyond the normal scope of wonderful care and concern that we have experienced for several years , and when Sugar once again later that day began to show clinical issues at home that were concerning, Dr. K saw her again immediately and treated her quickly for a reaction that she had never had before to the appropriate medication; our kitty showed improvement very quickly !! Most importantly, Dr. Klein made sure that we could contact her personally any time during that upcoming night , should we see signs of concern recurring — we did not have to do that , but we were most assured that we could have done so ! She also insisted that we report Sugar’s early morning condition to her by 7am that next day to report Sugar’s status , which we gladly did . And , by mid morning , Miss Sugar was once again “ herself”.
Thank you , Dr. Klein for being so dedicated to your profession and to those of us who can call you “ our” vet !! We are more than blessed to be a part of her practice and the full scope of care and attention provided at Cibolo Creek !!

I cannot express enough gratitude to the entire staff at Cibolo Creek Vetenary Hospital for saving our beloved cat Sprinkles after she was struck by a venomous snake. From the moment we rushed her in, the receptionists were incredibly compassionate and efficient, quickly getting us the help we needed.
The medical assistants were attentive and gentle with Sprinkles, providing comfort during a scary time. The veterinarians were absolutely phenomenal - their expertise and quick action were crucial in Sprinkles' survival. They kept us informed every step of the way and clearly explained the treatment plan.
The level of care Sprinkles received was exceptional. The whole team worked tirelessly, showing genuine concern for her well-being. Their real-time monitoring and tailored treatment made all the difference in her recovery.
We are overjoyed that Sprinkles pulled through, and we owe it in large part to the dedicated staff at Cibolo Creek Vetenary Hospital. Their skill, compassion, and unwavering commitment to animal care are truly remarkable. We cannot thank them enough for giving us more time with our furry family member. This Vetrinary hospital has been the best experience I have ever had with my pets. The care and comfort the staff has given my cat within 2 months of back and forth visits for urinary issues is unmatched. I can easily was my family or I will not be going to another vet for any of our pets again. Thank you To ever Veterinarian, tech, and staff member who help my sweet boy Jax!

We cannot say enough good things about Cibolo veterinary clinic. The staff and all the doctors are wonderful. We had to put our beloved Jack Russell down due to dementia. They were so compassionate. Dr. Salinas and the vet assistant Carlie explained everything and with such love. Loved that there was a separate room just for that and a separate door we could exit from, so we didn’t have to go back through the lobby.

Dr. Klein is the most compassionate Vet our family has ever had with all my fur babies.

I’ll call it like I see it. I long for the days of Matt Lang and the personal touch. Through these last 13 years of care for my dog Spike, I guess I’ve gotten ok care for him. I’m always rushed through, such that I almost don’t know which end is up. I can’t even tell you the name of any of the vets that I have talked to in the last several years. I have my cat with another vet for that reason. I get personal touch.
