Last week was tough. It has not been an easy time for my wife and I. We had to put down one of our dogs and I can't thank the entire staff at Boerne Vet Clinic enough. They were all extremely kind, professional and compassionate (down to little comments such as "you can tell he was loved and taken care of very well"). In previous (more routine) visits, I have found the staff and doctors to be very knowledgeable and transparent regarding pricing. We have been to other clinics that felt very pushy in recommending unnecessary and costly services. I would absolutely recommend Boerne Veterinary Clinic to anybody with a pet. To the staff, again, THANK YOU. RIP Cooper.

They are nice people but waiting for 1.5 months to get annual shots for our pets!! We will look for someone else. The phone girl seemed not to care about us walking away at all. Disappointing.
They are still one of the best, but need to hire better front desk girls.

I can’t say enough good things about Boerne Veterinary Clinic and their staff. We have never been to a vet that took better care of our puppy. They truly care about the animals and have great bedside manner. A lot of veterinarian clinics these days feel pushy and seem more like salespeople than caregivers, but that’s not the case here. Every member of the staff was attentive and kind. It was a very hard day for us, but they were patient and gracious. Not only that there prices are the best we’ve found. Better care at more affordable prices, that’s something you hardly ever find, but we found it here. We’ll never go to another Vet.

This vet’s (Dr. Miner’s) lack of judgement and care resulted in my parent’s cat Milo’s death. He was a healthy cat and had a tooth removed and was given Zorbium which come to find has an alarmingly high mortality rate. My mother called your facility and shared her concerns of post surgery rapid breathing, dilated pupils and extreme behavioral change. She was told that was all normal. Instead of using sound judgement to proceed on the side of caution you pushed her off not caring OR were just too incompetent to provide adequate care for the pet.
Please refrain from taking your animal to this facility. Even if they do care, their lack of judgment and knowledge needs to be accounted for.

They are awesome. All the doctors and staff are always so nice and welcoming. They would make sure your pet has the best experience and that they feel safe. I trust them completely and I recommend them 100%. At the beginning I felt a little insecure, because my dog is kind of difficult to work with ( he tends to be aggressive towards strangers) but they manage it like professionals and took care of my dog with love and compassion.

Dr Johnson gave my Kratos his last round of shots and was very considerate listening to a few of my concerns! I’m very pleased after having a bad experience at another vet. Dessi was also amazing she helped fit me in last minute and I’m beyond grateful!! Will be making this my new vet clinic for my fur babies.

The staff, technicians, and doctors at Boerne Vet are the best. Very kind, helpful, understanding, and willing to go out of there way to help you when you are unsure about your pets symptoms. I will continue to go here and you should too! ?
