I needed to have my watchband replaced. Sounds easy enough, right? Unfortunately the jeweler/watch repair person I previously went to installed the clasp backwards and used inferior pins that caused the band to come apart. I decided to take it to Boerne Jewelers and spoke to Luis. He listened intently as I explained what happened and what I needed him to do. He quoted me a price and I left the watch with him. I returned a couple of hours later and the watch was perfect. He did exactly what I wanted him to do and at below the price he quoted me. Overall very pleased with their service and I would highly recommend!

Took my fiancés engagement ring to be resized and cleaned. Was charged $165 and the ring was still too large and one of the diamonds was pushed out. We did not notice that the diamond was pushed out until we got home and the next day realized the diamond had fallen out. Took it back to be resized, and he claimed the diamond was not his fault, though the ring has been in my fiancés possession for over 5 years and never had any issues UNTIL we brought it here. He said he would give me a quote on the diamond when I came to pick it back up but went ahead and put the diamond in without my permission, and I was forced to pay for it. Sleezy buisness, 1/10

I have used Jose over the last few years for many things . Including complete watch repair, watch batteries, cleanings etc . My most recent visit brought me to have my engagement ring resized. He turned it around in 48 hours and I am very grateful.

Went in to have my gold chain repaired. It had broken about an inch from the clasp.the man at the counter said he could fix it for 45dollars and would clean it for 15 dollars.he had to get a calculator to determine the total was 60 dollars.that should have been my first clue.i went to pick it up and suddenly the total was 81 dollars.i asked why so much he said it was 10 dollars extra because when he went to heat up the clasp end it melted and he had to put on another one.and the rest was tax.tax sholud only be around 6 dollars for a total of76dollars.i then asked where was the one inch broken piece and the piece that was melted down he said there wasnt any.my fault for not taking a pictures.he totally lied .then he showed me a picture of a chain that was not showing missing piece. Totally disgusted i paid him and let him know i would not be back and would not recommend this thief to anyone unless you have a witness and photos.even then he would find a way to scam you.

This is an absolute nightmare of a store. They are both liars and thieves. They said it was one price then demand more money after. I have never had such horrible service. He threatened to keep my watch if I didn’t pay more. Do not come here!

I took an antique ring to face it resized. they were courteous friendly, and reasonably priced. I dropped my ring off on a Thursday, they gave me an estimate on Friday and called Thursday to say it was ready. Very satisfied.

FINALLY!! Someone was able to fix my Chanel watch. Chanel could even do it because of COVID. Luis ordered the parts, and replaced the band. Now, it's as good as new. Thank you!

I wish I would have seen these reviews. I took my wedding ring to be resized to a bigger size (2 sizes bigger from a 5 to 7). I took it in right before New Years, so I expected it to take a little while to get back since it was a holiday. I was told two weeks and when I called they said they would let me know when it was ready. 3.5 weeks after I dropped it off It was finally ready. I was quoted no more than $100 for the white gold needed to resize my band. When I got there, I was told it would be $135. I tried to discuss it, but they wouldn't have it. It started to "crack" and separate where the added piece is on both sides, within 2 WEEKS of me getting it back. Also the band isn't even at ALL and you can really tell a piece was added. I wish i would have told them to fix that right away. Unfortunately the pandemic hit and they were closed. I thought about taking it back, but don't need my $10,000 ring being messed up more. Now after reading these reviews I need to make sure my diamonds are still the same ones I took in, and will take it to an respected jeweler that can actually work on rings

I bought a necklace there 2 months ago — I asked and was told it was Sterling Silver —- $300 plus — I looked at the back and was suspicious as it was yellow — I took it to another Jeweler and was informed it was plated and no worth much , certainly not what I paid — I took it back and Boerne Jewelers refused to refund my money

Luis serviced my almost 40 year old Rolex women's watch which never had kept good time and which I had only had serviced by certified Rolex dealers in the past. At this point I had given up on the watch ever running properly as it had gotten to the point of not running at all. The watch now runs perfectly. and for about half the cost. It keeps accurate time and I am thrilled since this was a gift from my husband. He also recommended and replaced the original band (which was in danger of breaking since the gold links had stretched out) with an aftermarket one. The difference is unnoticeable and I can now wear my watch without worry! I also recommended a friend who had a keep sake watch in need of repair and she recently told me she had a similar experience.
