Although the folks at Boerne Dodge are very nice, I do not recommend anyone buying a Ram. Like many many people my Dodge Ram has a defective ABS system. ABS is required on vehicles by law and mine has been broken for almost 2 years (since shortly after the warranty ran out). The internal warning lights flash constantly along with the dinging warning sound. Literally constantly. I am no longer able to haul my horses because the ABS (a required safety feature) does not work. Not to mention other people and grandchildren - I will not put people in danger. Essentially, I cannot use my truck for the intended purpose because it is unsafe and the infernal dinging makes it impossible to drive, and it is non compliant with federal safety requirements. I have been told numerous times that the parts are months and months back ordered. Yesterday, I was told there is a hold on the parts and they cannot even be ordered until June 2024. I asked what my options are and Boerne Dodge indicated I could wait for parts or buy a new truck. Both options are unacceptable to me since I don't want to buy another brand new truck and waiting another 6 months to potentially get parts for my current truck is also not an option. I cannot use my truck and am stuck now with what amounts to a huge paperweight with an annoying dinging sound constantly. I don't know anything about other Dodge vehicles, but everyone I have spoken to with a Ram has this problem. BTW, Dodge has not issued a recall for this huge safety problem. Beware when buying a Dodge Ram, you are stuck with it when the ABS fails, and believe me it will fail.

I've been taking my RAM 1500 Eco Diesel to them and the first couple of years was great service. Then whenever I took my truck in for repairs they started always finding something else wrong with the vehicle. The prices kept going up. Then recalls were always delayed because they had to order parts. Now oil change increased by 35%. Before my service I was given through a text the prices of the service to be done. When I picked up my truck the prices were a total of $50 more. I told them the text was misleading but all they did was apologize.

Steer clear......Vehicle has been in servicefor over nine months. Told It was finally ready.Picked it up today and will not accelerate over 20mph/burning smell. No one test drove it.Back in service......will no longer bring my other vehicles back to them. Not confident they can or have skills to fix the problem.......

So many more Ram dealers in the San Antonio area that are so much better. The one and only reason I had to use them is because my normal dealer, Bluebonnet Dodge did not have the particular truck I was looking for!

Well the staff is friendly but the body shop place they use sucks. Took over a week to fix my tail gate on my truck and had to paint it twice.

I had a great experience at Boerne Dodge Service Center. They took care of my car recall and assisted me with a few minor issues. I highly recommend the service here and will return in the future.

Took the Renegade in for a recall. Took 4 days, they initially said 2 days. Part needed to be ordered.Haven't had any maintenance done on the vehicle at this dealer. Looks very clean and not crowded. People are all nice. I'll 5star them after I get some work done here. ?

Everyone did a great job. Brendon was attentive and helpful, the lady on the phone was very concerned about getting me picked up in a timely manner, and the two young men that drove me back and forth to the house were very courteous and friendly. All in All a great job by Boerne Jeep and company. I will continue to take my vehicle there for service.Service: General repairs

I had the best experience when taking my truck to be serviced. They fixed my problem in 2 days. Way better than the dealer I went to for same issue couple weeks before and they had my truck for over a week and did not fix it. I recommend Boerne Dodge for any of your services needs.

This place is a total rip off for service. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO BOERNE DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP FOR SERVICE!I took my Jeep Patriot in with an ignition issue. The car would stop after it would run a bit at times. I drove the car in for service. After two days they reprogrammed my ignition module and told me my old keys were bad and the car would not start unless I bought new keys from them. Other wise I would have to pay them $400 for the diagnosis and tow it out to get new keys. The old keys could not be reprogrammed so I was stuck buying new keys from them. Total cost to get my car back was over $900! Yea a $900 scam!! I later found out I could have gotten my keys reprogramed or new keys in about 10 minutes for $25 -90. I was totally scammed by Laura and the service manager.
