From the moment I walked in to Auto Trim in Boerne, I felt welcomed to the business. Something that I feel rarely happens now a day. Rich and his team truly are customer focus and driven. They installed a grill guard into my SUV. Unfortunately we had some manufacture incompatibility with my SUV. Rich personally took time out of his business to take my vehicle, himself, to the local manufacturer and spend hours trying to figure out what the issue was with the sensor not wanting to work properly because of the newly installed grill guard. Rich explained to me what the issue was and gave me some options to remedy the issue. At the end, I loved the new grill guard , which had already protected my new vehicle from a metal hitting my vehicle as I was driving it in the highway. Totally worth keeping it on! They also installed a Bug Flector on my SUV. We had to call the manufacturer for a small click that broke. Rich took care of it and got the part in and replaced it. Nothing but excepcional, caring customer service oriented personnel at Auto Trim here in Boerne TX! Thank you

I recently had my Tacoma serviced at Auto Trim of Boerne and, although my initial experience wasn't perfect, the professionalism and dedication of the team, particularly the owner Rich and long-time employee Josh, completely turned things around.
At first, there was a misunderstanding which led to some dissatisfaction on my part. However, Rich and Josh were quick to address my concerns. They went above and beyond to ensure that all the work was corrected to my satisfaction. Their reasonable and understanding approach made all the difference.
Rich's commitment to customer service and Josh's expertise shone through in the way they handled the situation. They demonstrated a genuine desire to make things right and ensure I left as a happy customer. Despite the rocky start, I left Auto Trim of Boerne feeling confident in their workmanship and appreciative of their efforts to rectify the situation.

Great service, I had spray in bed liner, tool boxes, rear air suspension with on-board compressor and window tint on my 22' Ford installed, from the parts specing out to the completed job and handover it went great, first class people and service, very much appreciated

Bed liner turned out great but they left adhesive from the tape all over my bumper, tailgate, side of one door and the side of the bed. For $700+ you think you leave the truck free of any marks and at least clean up after yourself.
