“Spent almost 2 years here and it was the best apartment I've lived in. Nice pool, quiet area, friendly people. Tricia is easily the best apartment manager I've had. She's very caring, helpful and went above and beyond to help me out. Highly recommend!”

“Okay , every place has its issues but in defense of the manager who has been with the company for over 30 plus years come on folks she must be doing something right for them to keep her . Not to mention that she also 12 years ago battle breast cancer, and now just finished her third round of treatment for the bladder cancer, I mean she has to work and she has to battle cancer so she's a fighter not a complainer, I thinks it's really selfish for people to be so all about me attitude on things . Technically if you are smarter the next time you rent from anyone you first should once you start to move in request that she do a move in walk through and be very thorough write everything down then when you request it fixed common sense put it in writing and lastly I'd educate yourself on the HUD rules and regulations that each Apartment owner has to follow , know your rights how to use them to resolve a situation and it's not exactly hard to look up the owners and write them a letter with documentation. I will tell you that you can also record the conversation between your landlord and yourself and it's legal. Don't tell because as long as one party is aware . Also follow the rules keeping in mind you agreed to them in your Lease agreement If you read your lease for a general repair you request they have 7 days to fix it once they receive it in writing pending no back order of parts ect, serious issues such A/C outages it's not an emergency until the internal temperature is 90 plus inside your house Heat is a little different case , broken toilets if you have two restrooms and it's Saturday morning oh well you'll be waiting for Monday morning to get here because it's not a emergency you have one working restroom If your locked out you get charged it's the policy of the company If you are following the lease agreement and doing things the right way then you should have no problem with the manager doing her job . Remember there are several apartments on the property so have some patience and know that she has a protocol to follow as well .”

“I have lived here for a few months and I can definitely say I love it! I have read the reviews but the new team seems to be doing awesome. Leah has been so helpful and kind with anything I need help with. The new property manager seems to be getting things done!! I would recommend making this property your new home.”
