  We found a GMC Sierra that checked all my boxes at a great price. In sales, Vincent and others there at Ancira were all freindly and great to work with and complete the transaction smoothly. We also received a decent trade-in value on our used truck. For me, it was worth driving the extra miles to get there.

  Ancira Buick GMC has the most amazing sales and finance people I've worked with when buying a car. Sara H. was hands down the nicest and easiest to work with salesperson. She had the exact car I wanted to test drive pulled up and ready to go for my appointment when I arrived. She was efficient in getting my trade in appraised & getting me the numbers (which were amazing for the vehicle I chose). Sara and her sales manager were so helpful with how to handle the process since I was going through my credit union for my loan. Just overall so helpful and kind and made is the least stressful car buying experience ever.
  
  I highly recommend working with Sara for your future vehicle purchases but I can tell that anyone at Ancira will take great care of you!

  HORRIBLE SERVICE DONT BUY FROM THIS DEALER
  
  I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I have received while attempting to schedule a bed cover installation.
  
  Over the past several days, I have made multiple attempts to reach your service department. During my first call, I was told the scheduler was unavailable and would return my call. After receiving no response the following day, I called again and was told no one in service was available, yet I once again received no follow-up. On my third attempt, I was placed on hold for over five minutes before I eventually hung up.
  
  Adding a bed cover is a straightforward request involving ordering a part and scheduling an installation, yet your team has made it impossible to complete. Based on this experience, I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from here or service their vehicles here. The quality of a company is defined by its customer service, and yours has fallen well short of acceptable standards.

  I Love everyone in Service dept at GMC of Boerne Tx ! They have won my future business for this dealership just because the service department is so good.
  I've been in a few times now and they always go above and beyond to take care of me and make me feel valued. I see them doing the same for all the other customers when I'm there.

  John and Ricky took care of us. We were fortunate to get just the vehicle we were looking for and just at the right time before a road trip where it was needed. Ricky did a very nice job going over all of the features of the new vehicle and John secured a decent discount for us without hard negotiations. The closing documents too, longer than expected as it seemed like they were short staffed in that department. Still, we were overall happy with the experience.
