Can't recommend Classic Collision enough! From the very beginning, they were incredibly transparent about the entire process. They took the time to explain what needed to be done, provided a clear estimate, and answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism. What really stood out to me was how proactive they were in keeping me updated. Throughout the repair process, they communicated regularly, giving me peace of mind that everything was on track. It’s rare to find a repair shop that truly prioritizes customer communication like they do. Justin and his team went above and beyond to ensure my Jeep was repaired not only quickly but also to the highest standard. When I got my vehicle back, it looked and felt as good as new. Their attention to detail was impeccable, and I could tell that they take great pride in their work. Overall, Classic Collision exceeded my expectations in every way.

I haven't seen the repairs yet but I can say that they have terrible communication. I had a pick up repaired at the Kerrville classic last month and they kept me updated from day one. At this location I dropped my truck off and never heard a word. After a few days I called and was told that it was due to be ready on July 2nd and that the service manager would call me. I never got a call so I called again today and was told it hasent 3ven made it into paint yet and that parts have not come in yet. This is despite them having a couple of weeks to order parts before I dropped the truck off. Now they say the grill guard will be 3 to 4 weeks despite the fact that those things are literally available everywhere. I certainly hope their repair skills are better than their communication and time estimates. At this point I will say that the drive to Kerrville for repairs is well worth it.

EXCELLENT! Greg was extremely pleasant to work with. He took the time to explain the repair process and kept me informed during each step in real time. I got my Jeep back and it was restored perfectly and clean! I highly recommend Classic Collision in Boerne! Greg is the best!

From time to time I've had to go to shops like these and this was by far the best experience. Excellent customer service from the Manager and the work was exactly as described.

My car is infi Qx60, the result after they repaired it is: the hood of the car uses cheap parts, which can't cover the body, and the mechanism can be seen from the outside, even if they use rubber to try to seal and cover it, I raised the issue and repaired it, but there is not much change, and the mechanism inside can still be seen; the right headlight separated from the body and got into water, but it was not replaced with a new one, and there is a hole on the top, After I raised the issue, they was asked to continue to ask the insurance company for compensation; the front part of the car was not connected, and I was worried that it would fall off. This company in Boerne uses cheap parts, and has no good repair technology and personal responsibility, and no good service attitude. Let me tell you here, if you are not worried about the above, then you will go to them

They were great!! My dad took his car down for a minor ding. Let me tell you, Justin was extremely professional and open to what needed to be done. Wonderful place and would definitely recommend any body work. Justin treated my. dad with respect the whole time . This place is a gem!!

I am absolutely impressed with the work done on my car; it looks better than I had anticipated. I have already received compliments on how fabulous the body work looks relative to what it looked like prior to getting it fixed. Nick Ward is FANTASTIC and he deserves to be recognized for it! I was updated regularly and he made sure that my car was taken care of accordingly. To all the other individuals who also worked on my car that I didn't get to meet, THANK YOU! I 10/10 recommend. :)

Justin and his team have excellent communication and timelines to their customers. Our vehicle work did present some hiccups, however Justin would not settle until my wife and I were completely satisfied. I’m recently retired military and have been to numerous body shops over the years and Justin and his team rank at the top because of the willingness to ensure the customer is happy at the end of the day.Services: Painting
