“Yummy and more Yummy. The best burgers and delicious fries. Easy to get it to go or eat inside. The ambience is great for a small town atmosphere. I highly recommend eating in their deli five stars for delicious food. Just remember you have to pay in cash they don't accept cards.”

“Its your regular run of the mill Dollar General. The staff was nice, which doesnt always happen at every Dollar General. They have exactly what you already know they have all stocked up, and the staff is not mad about being at work. Thats about the best you could ask for when going to a dollar store.”

“Haven't been to much other Brookshires so I can't really compare to others but in my opinion this is a great location groceries wise and the deli area has some good choices. I ready do like the murals and wall decorations of Farmersville history I think that's really cool for a store to do.”

“Love this place so much! It’s my favorite place to grab a quick snack for the kids. The family that owns it is the friendliest and always smiling. They are doing lots of upgrades here and there to make the place better as well.”

“A lot of times I've been there they have had merchandise that still needed to be stocked so it's kind of hard to maneuver around it. Other than that, the employees are always friendly.”

“This is no longer Magers. It has changed hands and I don't remember name. That should tell you something. They need some work though. The cashier was very pleasant, you gained a star because of her.”

“I do not always use Brookshire's for my shopping, however, I just live down the road from them and do go there about once every two or three weeks. So I can compare them to other groceries, and I find Brookshire's to be as well-stocked as any grocery near them. In fact I was at another grocery yesterday and I am going to Brookshires today because they usually have a better stock of several items that I want and the other larger groceries in our area did not have on their shelves. So to those of you that are complaining, go find another grocery and shut up, it's not like you don't have a choice! For a smaller grocery, I find them to be VERY, Very good. They always carry out your groceries, which most stores do not do, and the manager is always around to make sure that everything is running smooth.”

“It is an awesome and cleaned place to shop with fun. They have the good selection of grocery and goods. They also have quite of good sales going on almost every week! It's a home country's store than you can't beat it. I'd definitely would come back more often.”

“For all of the people are here whining and complaining.... Shop somewhere else. I think it's a good little store and it's convenient. I hate Walmart and this is a great alternative. Some of you uptight Karen's and Ken's need to get over yourselves.”

“Staff here is so pleasant to deal with. A little longer line than what I’m used to, but worth it knowing that the people I’ll deal with at the front actually care.”

“One of our favorite places for tacos*6 month edit*My husband and I come in every Sunday for tacos. Most of the time, Lucero is at the register. She knows I have been trying to learn Spanish, so she greets me in spanish. After tacos, we may pick up some chorizo, check out the bakery. It's not much of a trip from McKinney, but it's become like church for us. In the beginning, there were some language barriers. I quickly realized it was me. So I have learned enough spanish to be understood. Problem solved. And the cafe ladies are always amazing.”
