I tried the vape after I bought it. The smoke was really harsh. They refused to refund me the money and exchange it. Terrible service avoid this place.Edit: The owner seems to have replied below. It wasn’t that I didn’t like the flavor. The smoke was really harsh and I thought it was faulty. I asked the attendant to try it herself but she refused. I only wanted a vape that actually worked. This is the type of bad service I’m talking about.

Update: I was able to get a replacement! Thank you so much!Bought two d8 vape carts: brand "Kicks." Neither worked. If owner reads this, please offer replacement. My fault for not researching brand before purchase.

This is my favorite vape shop and the hours are good since I need juice on Sunday. They have all the mods and vape juices at the strength I need, and he’ll always open up a pack and sell me just one without making me buy a bulk amount of pods and coils. Great customer service!!!

Walked in for Aspire coils. The person working knew so little about what I was talking about he started naming off the various types of tank to see if I could guess at what I needed. To clarify, I gave the resistance and pointed to a similar unit. As I did so, he continued to name models, ignoring the ohms I gave completely. The vast majority of the models he listed are sub-ohm, as it turns out.I told him it was ok and walked out - one prefers to deal with someone who doesn’t just guess at what they’re doing based on a brand name.Might be great for smoke stuff - not great for vape stuff.
