My whole experience getting my truck fixed was outstanding! They ordered the needed parts while I continued driving the truck, then when the parts were received and prepared for installation, they only needed the truck for a day and a half. Now my truck looks brand new again! I'm very happy with the whole process.

I had reason to go back to where I once lived and took my truck to a trusted dealership. The service department fixed my camera for $350, almost half of what Benson wanted. It was worth the drive.

For a business in a small community, you'd think Dobie would cherish every piece of business. I took my car in and got an estimate just fine, filed that with my insurance company, recd the check, asked him to call me back...nothing.. waited 3 days and called again and he advised would get back with me the next day and all Dobie had to do was reconcile the estimates and schedule me in. Been 10 days after he said he would call, nothing. Taking my vehicle elsewhere for repairs and hope you do too. Show Dobie that customer service matters and don't give him your business. Worst business in a great small town.

For a business in a small community, this is the most horrible customer service I have encountered. Owner failed to even get back with me and after 10 days, I opted to get my vehicle repaired elsewhere. I guess Doby feels he can treat people this way or he is too busy. I hope others who read this will heed my experience and show Doby that every customer counts and take your business somewhere else.

I agree with the other 1 star. Not only is the owner arrogant and "busy", but he took forever on my job, did not communicate, overcharged for parts, and was uncooperative when confronted. I wouldn't take ANY vehicle to this repair shop and will gladly drive miles away to get anything repaired (and do).

I would never go here to get any work done. The owner says he has more business than he needs, and therefore treats people poorly and does not care about doing a good job.
