We went in to get a insurance check endorsed and was told by Alma Loredo that she couldn't help us because she was going to lunch in 30 minutes. They sent us away and told us to come back. When we did we saw her in her office helping another customer. She saw us and left without helping us

This branch is grossly understaffed. Waited 15 minutes for personal banker to finish with her customer, then when it was my turn, she went to the back, and after another 20 minutes of not seeing her, I finally left. No one else to help even though I only saw two other customers in the half hour.
