RUDE... walked in and said hello and just got blank stares from 2 snobby chick's. Not a single word was spoken the whole time I was in the store. No welcome, No help and No have a good day. The selection was sub par as well.

Walked all around looking at boots, I am looking for a specific pair of boots not the first person greeted me when I walked in, ask me if they could help or said a word as I walked out. There were 3 employees all standing at the counter the whole time. On the up side, saved myself a few hundred dollars.

Outstanding staff! Two girls working inside were so helpful, upfront, kind, authentic, not pushy, but ready to accommodate! True customer services!!!Dont know either girl or anyone associated with this store-but got to give credit where credit is due! Great selection of true western wear! Be back soon!

Had a pair of boots that had a defect. Came back to store and the ladies took care of me and were very helpful! I do appreciate it. Didn’t catch the one ladies name that helped me but she helped with original purchase and was extremely nice. 5 stars guys. Thank you again. I will be back.

Great store with an awesome hometown owner. If they don't carry it they will go out of their way to get it. Never a disappointing experience
