Big shoutout to Rick from auto care center this man save my life I can't thank him enough but to say thank you I'm driving from Los angles California to Atlanta Georgia I broke my valve system for my tire air was out of control thank god I made it right away Rick saved me I was alone traveling I was scared cause I'm in the middle of know where but I at least know that if I'm in big springs Texas my car need maintenance Rick is the guy to go too!!!! Another reason why Walmart better then any other store thank u guys

Had a blow out and turned into Walmart because it was near. They didn't take ARI , no big deal, but asked them to trade our spare. Took 2 hours with no one in line. They charged me $15. Knowing I wanted ARI to pay. Nope, had to pay for it myself. Went to Discount Tire down the road.... 4 new tires in 45 minutes. Walmart can suck ass.

Horrible horrible horrible, I live out of town so I like to put in a curbside pickup so I can go nd jus pickup. I usually use HEB but I tried Walmart today nd NEVER AGAIN, I order a trimmed brisket nd got one that looked like the cow ate nothing but junk food (all fat), I asked for no substitutions nd got half my items substituted... NEVER AGAIN...

The Worst Store To Work At. : Lazy Workers : Lazy CNAs : Bad Customer Service : Rude Workers : They Gossip To Much When They Should Be Working : They Treat New Employees Rudely : They Look At You Differently If You Work There : When I Quit They Said They Would Pay Me But No They Lied And Turned My Direct Deposit For My Last Paycheck Off When They Told Me They Would Send Me My Pay. Walmart In Big Spring Has Laziness Written All Over The Building And The Workers Are The Worst.

It is helpful to have a full service Walmart in the neighborhood. Go there for grocery shopping all the time.

I stopped by this Walmart while on a business trip in Big Spring. This Walmart appears to be an older store. I have a teacup yorkie and Walmart usually has a good selection of xxs dog clothes and toys. However, this Walmart was lacking in the pet area. They did have a large selection of groceries and their wine and beer section is the huge. I was able to find snacks that I don't usually see at the Walmart where I live. So of course I had to buy some. I'm not a huge fan of having to check myself out. The line was long and the people in front of me were having trouble with the self check out. It seems like this Walmart has enough employees to open a register but they are forcing people to do self check out by not having any of the registers open. Overall I would go here again when I am in Big Spring. It is just an average Walmart.

I was going to spend the night in my Sprinter van here in the Walmart parking lot as they do seem to allow overnight parking (wink wink) but it's too dang hot today. I booked a hotel instead. But before the hotel, I stopped in here to refresh some supplies. The store is decent enough and I found what I needed in the RV and automotive sections plus some basic groceries. As is usual, they did not have enough registers open today so I did the self-checkout and that worked out okay. [Review 17420 overall - 433 in Texas - 938 of 2022.]

Possibly the worst Walmart we have ever been to. Up until about 6-8 months ago this Walmart was decent, now it's a complete joke. Employees stand around gossiping with each other, on their phones, and don't bother to ask them any questions.... You'll be met with more attitude and very little help than it's worth. I was told today that when their truck comes in they mark everything in stock and checked in before even taking account of it. Makes no sense! Not shocked to see pallets of noodles and random spices sitting out but then they're almost out of milk ... guessing someone doesn't understand inventory and reordering. I have address expired foods being given in my pick up order with managers on multiple occasions but it falls on deaf ears. We are a smaller town, Walmart is convenient but I would rather drive an hour away than deal with this Walmart for much anymore. I write this as I sit in their parking lot waiting for my groceries that were supposed to be ready an hour ago.... SMH

Had a basket with $100 Plus in It. NO REGISTERS OPEN!! only one set of self check with 3 or 4 yellow vests watching over it. I refuse to use self check out. Left basket set and told the associate at the door that the basket was setting and the reason why.

I told the cashier an item rang up for 10% higher than the marked price. She said I would have to wait 30 minutes to an hour to get a price check. Everytime I come to Walmart I am reminded of why I don't shop here. Thank goodness for Amazon!!

When we pulled into the shop to get a tire replaced at 8:00 am there was two vehicles that was getting serviced. We figured it would be about 30 mins tops before they could get to us. It's a simple task to install the new tire with two team members available and a head team member just observing. Also, we jacked the trailer and took our blow out tire for them. It's been 1.5 hrs and they have serviced 1 other vehicle plus air a air tank for someone else. I'm never a rude person but this service is pushing my buttons. We're in Big Spring, Texas and need to get to East Texas soon!!

i came here today to get my car serviced & i got here at 8am & at 10:30am they were BARELY pulling my car in for a basic service. they do not take appointments, only walk-ins. i am disappointed in the wait for my car to be worked on and the Cashier in the auto dept (Lucero) was falsely quoting people a wait time of 1.5 hours with 6 people in front of them. i've waited 2 hours with ONE person in front of me. horrible customer service & the wait is not worth it.

Was in the Big Spring WM and was trying to get prices on a set of tires for my truck. I waited over thirty minutes for the desk associate to come back to the desk. There was only one person working the desk. So I ask him for a particular tire brand and size. After him fumbling around for a few minutes he said they only had one brand that size. Cheez.....know your products. Went to another tire dealer in town.

I bought some pre-packaged watermelon. It still had 4 days left on freshness. When I opened it, it was sour! I guess someone left it somewhere in the store, and then instead of throwing it out, an associate put it back on the shelf to be sold as fresh. Thanks for nothing
