Walked in and wasn’t greeted, I had to greet the staff-ok, whatever. I was asked what did I need done and I responded I needed a fill. I was told to sit down and someone would be with me shortly. Ok cool. I waited for about 30-40 minutes for a tech, then another lady and her mom walk in and the tech immediately seats the lady (not the mom) at his station and starts working on her nails. Excuse me WTH?!? I asked how much longer I would have to wait since apparently nobody saw me sitting there in my bright neon yellow shirt! I was told at least 45 minutes. Yeah no thanks! I got up and left. And this is why I prefer to drive to Odessa.

Only tried them because Nail Bar was closed on Sunday. I should have waited. Ugliest manicure I’ve ever received. Should have listened to reviews. Less than 24 hours there are cracks in nails. Someone came in while I was there with same problem. They charged her for repair and made her wait. I felt so bad for her. Manicure color does not match pedicure color. I had dip on nails, but there was no gel…why they are cracking and breaking. They look awful and will be taking off in a week. Waste of $110.

The people were nice but they aren’t very good at designs or painting I’ve already got the gel polish coming off of my toes and I just got them done yesterday also my nails look dull not shiney I don’t recommend at all

I had my face waxed , I normally have it done elsewhere but they are open Sundays so I had started going there , my face was either burnt or tore as I have a patch of very red flesh showing . I called business to talk to them but they say I have to come show them and I’m not from there . Also couldn’t get my nails done because the fill I had done two weeks previously had developed a fungus , all the tips for router are not sanitary

I wish I could leave less than one star. I took my niece with me for her birthday to get our nails done. The man that worked on me asked if I wanted extensions or my natural nail, I said natural, round tip. Picked my color and he got to work. This man clipped and filed my nails down to the bedding! I could see spots he missed with the dip powder and instead of filling it he just clipped and filed more down. I’ve been here before and always had a nice experience and pretty hands when I left and this is just awful. I can’t even scratch my arm if it itches. Never again!Service: Manicure

I was there last Friday I went and got a pedicure and a manicure. My pedicure was good but when it was my turn to get my manicure I was sent to a female and when she asked how did I want my nails and I told her she threw a fit and called the man that had did my pedicure. When he did my manicure he didn’t file my nails or did he clipped them. He just soaked them and painted them and my polish came off on Sunday. I will never go back there again or send someone there. They have no patience or customer service is bad.Services: Pedicure

Staff was rude, nails were not the color I wanted but he told they would be when he was done, they were not. I chose a light coral and got hot pink. Then to find a toe color to match was told I had to add $15 shellac, now my toes are coral and nails hot pink (pedicure lasted 16 minutes, paint and all for $50). Total $100, when mentioned I wasn't happy with two different colors I was told, "you picked it and you're lucky if they ever match..."Services: Pedicure

Went here to get a pedicure…. Ended up getting very painfully infected nails! You think after COVID businesses would know how to keep things clean. Don’t go here unless you want a prescription for antibiotics to go along with your newly painted nails.Service: Pedicure
