My husband and I went in yesterday..there was just one gentleman in there, so sorry I forgot his name but he solved out problem and hope that they can track who was there and give him credit for being helpful. Our bill was paid but suspended.

I come to get costumer service and the doors are locked during business hours.with a be right back sign untill a certain time. I wait untill that time. The lady comes to the sign and changed the time to a later time by hours. Like you have people waiting outside, not just me. Bad service off the start of things.

Judging but the comments and every experience I have ever had in this store, Nesto must be the only one doing any work. The girl who helped us one time had to put her vape down the help us. Now I have been sitting for about 30 minutes while 2 employees help 1 customer while shopping online... wow...
