  I had an appointment at 8am to get my passport . I drove all the way from Midland & got there early . Whenever they opened the doors they told me they cancelled all passport appointments for the day, I never got a phone call or email about a cancellation. Unacceptable . I drove 2 hours round trip .   Be prepared to wait in line for at least 15 minutes every single time you come, regardless of the time of day. Employees are generally nice and kind and helpful, not disparaging to them one bit. They do the best they can with the circumstances they’re handed.

  I've been trying to call the store due to them losing a package and I guess they cut their phones off or something because it's been three hours and it keeps instantly hanging up on me
