Pulled up in front of an empty middle bay. There was an employee sitting on floor of bay 3 he turned his head to look my way then looked down. Then another worker appeared in bay 3. He also looked in my direction then turned his head to look down. Neither one acknowledged me while I waited. The worker finally got off the floor they both walked towards bay 2 slowly. That's when I thought they must not need my business and I certainly don't need theirs.

Always friendly and thorough. Usually not too long of a wait. You can even bring your vehicle in between oil changes to have fluids topped off. They used to even vacuum the floors. I wish they still did that. Little touched like that is what makes you stand out from the rest.

We were heading out of town for vacation. Stopped in to get our oil changed because our home town place was closed. Sat in line forever with one of the 3 bays open. They then asked us to back out so someone could go in front of us to check their tires. We were there well longer than an hour. Definitely was not a "fast oil change". Will not be going back!
