Drove in after a long day i was impressed to see how many 18-wheeler parking they had maybe 75 parking spots. You go inside the store and notice all drinks out of service. Popeyes has old chicken. No lids for coffee cups. Come on. Keep your store stocked up so people can keep coming. They have showers and a laundry room.

I am a truck driver. I had a problem with a trailer tire. I went to an employee and asked for an appointment, she asked for all the trailer details and my phone number and said when the mechanics will be free, we invite you at 4:15 pm. I waited outside for 1.5 hours. It was already about 4:40 pm. I wanted to clarify the reasons for being late. When I went back inside, there was already another employee, it was a shift change. I asked what time you were going to deal with my problem. She said you are not on the waiting list. They said I can sign you up for 10 pm. I asked back why I waited 1.5 hours then? She answered it was not me. I said then who decides my issue, in the end she started swearing at me. I am so upset by this service. How sad they are in what way they select employees, they have abnormal psyches. They do not know how to communicate with clients. They will not be able to solve the problem. I think you have at least one normal employee or manager who deals with this problem. As a result, I lost 2 hours of time for nothing and I also had cargo. I will give you a rating for service 0 out of 10. ??

Don't stop here if you want to make it to work on time. No one behind the counter, I had to wait quite a while to be checked out. Finally got checked out to find out " sorry ma'am we don't have any bags" I had to carry my stuff out in my arms. Seriously no bags? I will go next door next time. The place is dirty as well.

IHOP Review:
If you want to eat a home cooked meal...eat here! Best breakfast I've had on the road! We met KP that cooked our food and let me tell you...he really takes pride in his food. I highly recommend you stop this location and ask for KP! Great service from the young lady that was our hostess/server. My husband was happy with his freshly brewed decaf coffee and of course his food?

This TA is dangerous people. I had gotten very ill and purchased a shower so I can have some where safe and clean to get better so I can get back on the road. Was I wrong as an employee ended up banging on the door yelling at me to leave or else he was going to beat me up. As I got my stuff and left he followed me outside threatening me continued to try to get me to fight him but being at 20%of strength what can 1 do but he wasn't alone as the other employees were just as rude. He was a white bald guy with a long beard. Wow never has my safety ever been in danger like it was that day at a truck stop. He also said that the TA wSmt a place to hang out at. Really? Are TA'S NO LONGER FOR TRAVELERS TO STOP AT AND REST,SHOWER,WASH CLOTHES, 34HR RESTART? BECAREFUL PEOPLE THIS PLACE CAN GET YOU INTO TROUBLE

Need two steer tires told ok 1 hour then told 3 hour ok then check back in about 1.1/2 hour now told maybe 10 tonight never again. I can't wait 7 + hours need to sleep are you kidding me what a joke

Attention Drivers, do not park at the reserved parking without your reserved parking ticket/receipt. If you parkat the reserved parking for free without having the reserved parking receipt, the staff will wake you up and ask you to move to a free spot or else they'll have your vehicle towed. Don't take the risk. If you have to reserve parking do it. Otherwise don't risk it. I've started to start seeing that recently.
