Very unethical! They sold us an SUV with a fatal flaw in it. After two years of driving it, they told us it couldn't be fixed and made the remark that usually it didn't come up until after you reach 70,000 miles. In other words, they knew it was going to happen. To make matters worse, we had a sick child that I was driving to the hospital over an hour away in the middle of the night. If the SUV had broken down, she would have died in it. Then they pressured us to sell the SUV to them (because they said no one else would buy it with the flaw) and buy another from them that was way too expensive for us. They used the tatic that if we didn't do it immediately, we would be stuck with an unfixable vehicle that "mind you" THEY SOLD US KNOWING IT WAS GOING TO EVENTUALLY BE UNFIXABLE!

Bought a new GMC in San Angelo. I live in BS so stopped in to see about using my reward points to buy seat covers. The parts guy was super friendly but gave me the wrong info. He said I could not use my points at the dealer. GMC customer center says thats the only way to use the points is at the dealer. Next the garage area appeared to be in total disarray. Im not confident my truck would be repaired properly at this dealer.
